It was ok. Their medium drink is huge! I ordered a 10 pc. nuggets, a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe, a med. Dr. Pepper & a small chocolate Frosty. Burger was ok, didn't seem freshly cooked as well as the nuggets. I like for my food to be prepared right after I order it. That way I know it's fresh!! I think all fast-food restaurants should open up their doors & serve their customers hot, freshly prepared food. And not something that's coming out of a cueing oven (sorry McDonald's!!) or being warmed up by a microwave to make us think you made it fresh!! I know it's called Fast-Food, but if I come through the drive-thru during lunch or dinner rush, that food should be hot, because you know customers have very little patience in the drive-thru because they're on a time schedule. Oh, and stop putting all those condiments in the bag!! You should ask the customer when they're ordering if they need those things! That's why your inventory goes low & the condiments are thrown out as soon & they get home! That's such a wasteful thing to do!
Total time in line at the drive thru was 32 minutes... the workers were mostly standing around and talking to each other. Didn't seem to care much that they were at work. My order wasn't even right and didn't get a receipt, but I didn't wait around to get it corrected since I had already been there so long.....with 3 kids in the car.
It was okay, the food was okay, the bacon was a bit overdone, thre drinks were good, and the service was okay. We had already drove off from another restaurant because of bad service, so with bias the service here was much better. It was clean on the outside, as we went through the drive thru.
They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I sat in the drive through line for far too long for the cashier to get my order wrong and when I told her look that’s not what I ordered she basically said that is what she heard and I would have to get back in line to make another order because the register do not let the cashier do add ons. I said it’s not and add on if you got my order wrong and they refused to correct my order. I get people are tired and but do your job. You applied to work at Wendy’s so take pride in the fact you have a job. The manager did not help me at all and neither did the cashier .
I ordered the double baconaator, just the sandwich and a cup of ice! Burger was cold and they charged me $3 dollars for a cup of ice without the drink! Told them to keep the ice, I can get a 20lb of ice for $3 dollars got home only 10 block from Wendy and my Burger was cold didn't won't to go back up there, put it in the microwave to heat it up and it tasted bad! Won't be going to that Wendy's ever again!
I like the fries, Burgers, and frosty's , It's all good, The lines are SUPER fast like never seen before by me fast, And employees are kind.
Terrible, that’s all I’ve got to say, soggy, stale, greasy and looked like roadkill, I just couldn’t eat it. Even McDonalds is much better quality and I never thought I’d ever say that. Never again, what happened ?
Workers are rude as a MTF lock your doors if you don’t want I nobody coming in, and change your information on door dash. “Stated come in for pick up”. Walked in first word out of the mouth a curse word.
Hands down the worst Wendy’s in the area, even with mobile orders you can’t get prompt service. I don’t know how much longer they can sustain like this, I watched cars leave today with ordering, I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 minutes now. Awful. Avoid this location at all cost.
In line and no one ever came to take our order. We said hello a few times and after 5 min a girl appear and asked us to give her a few minutes. Ten minutes go by and nothing or no one would answer. The cars behind us pulled off, so we decided to leave as well.
