This location is not a quick and convenient stop. The lobby is closed and ordering drive-thru takes longer than it should. 20 minutes to order what’s suppose to be fast food is too long.
The meal was perfect. However the new employee at the drive through, wasn't. ?
As it should be, the line at the drive thru was very long at 5 PM. I was able to get the new frosty half strawberry and half chocolate. It was wonderful! I don't think I would get the strawberry by itself (personal preference). The two combined is something I would choose every day.
This Wendy’s is starting to really slack. This is the second time I went there and didn’t get what I paid for, not mention the food is never fresh, it’s either room temperature or cold. Smh

The white lady in the drive thru was racist when I hand her the money she dropped it cause she didn't want to touch my hand so I had to get out my car to pick up the money. I won't be going back to this one ever
Tried the new Honey hot chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. Include pepper jack cheese, fried pickles, bacon and a spicy honey sauce.
Worst Wendy's in the area and it's brand new!! No matter when you go, no matter how long the line is, the food is always cold and wrong. Southaven is better by far.
Yes, you can get great service here & the food is of the highest quality. It's Wendy's. Just like the rest of the Chain. Though the employees are better than any other location, but that could be because it's my favorite location.
