Nikki was amazing at this location! We got greeted and seated immediately as we walked in. We were approached immediately and asked for our drink order and she had it to us shortly. From the moment she took our order to the moment we got our food was maybe a total of 5 minutes, which is the fastest I've been served at any Waffle House. She ensured we were happy and satisfied at all times and the cook even asked us if we liked how our food was made! We were happily surprised with the service, quality of food, and speed at this waffle house. They've definitely improved!
It's a shame that I called this Waffle House 3 times...not getting an answer ...THEN I decided to go there personally...only to find out that they weren't busy at all. 3 employees sitting around doing NOTHING AT ALL. ?????????????
We pulled up we searched for a place to eat, seen that the website said open 24hrs , so we pull up, there may have been 5 people in there!! 2 were ordering take out, the others were eating at the booths! We walked in and we were immediately told that they were closed!! But phone was ringing the other waitress was taking an order, but we were told they were closed!! Will not ever be returning back there ever again! Service stinks, staff was very unfriendly,i would not even give it 1 star, but unfortunately 1 star is required!! Wouldn't recommend!
The food was great fresh hot everything was good ? with the food but the service was bad I was sitting there wondering why my server was coming by the table asking me was everything good he'll look up she was coming back from a store getting them some slush drinks so she left in came back it's didn't ask me was everything ok when she got back I was in olive branch ms
I really enjoyed coming here all the way from Wisconsin! Great food and customer service. I will definitely be returning for sure.
Food was hot and fresh. The staff were kind and helpful. We will be going back.
This was the cleanest Waffle House I have ever been in. The waitress did an awesome job and was very friendly. Our food was very good, we all had the All Star Special.
8:30 and refused to take my order. They said it was a shift change and welcomed me to stay until after 9. There were 3 ppl working and 0 customers.
It's a waffle house. The waitress I had was a complete buffoon who didn't understand the order and I to repeat it three times, scrambled eggs with cheese, a chicken breast and hashbrowns scattered, smothered, covered and chunked.She had the nerve to tell me to "repeat it in my language". She's an American, obviously born here just like me, both of us Southerners obviously and she spewed that stupidity, and still got the order wrong even after I slowed it waaaay down and spelled it out for her.Other than her the place was fine.
Loved my visit to Waffle House this time! Everyone was really nice and food was great and quick!
