The place is completely filthy with staff inside cooking and using a window to serve customers versus having a nice clean place for them to sit down and eat their food. You'd literally be better off going to the Kroger next door and cooking breakfast. We came in to order to go. Although someone did acknowledge us they just continued to tell us they would be right with us. We patiently waited for quite a while and our order was still not taken. A couple comes in about 20 minutes later to sit down and their order was taken immediately. I can't tell you how the breakfast was... we never got assistance.
The manager went above and beyond . Her waitress was no professional waitress in any way. She was rude, slow and sloppy and let her boss do all the work without even trying to please anyone. But the manager was the best. We left her a $30 tip. I hope she finds better help.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. They’ll have you waiting over an hour to even be acknowledged. Servers are lazy. Makes you feel bad for the ONE that actually was trying. Out of about 10 tables, 6 were filthy dirty and did not get cleaned off the whole time we sat and waited for almost an he and a half. Manager was sitting out back getting high with headphones in for almost 45 min. Try the one down the road instead.
Always enjoy my breakfast time here. Staff is friendly, food served hot and correct. Everyone was on top of their game. I'd be happy to come back anytime.
Just like alot of places they still need to adjust their customer service skills. It's just a certain way you carry yourself and act in front of customers. Place was not busy and tables and counter was dirty and dishes ever where like no one was bothered about it.

I visited with friends from out of town who don’t have regular access to Waffle House. The team here—Tony, D, Sam and Kelvin—was absolutely amazing, as was the food. Warm, friendly and incredibly accommodating. The entire experience far exceeded expectations.
Went in for breakfast on Saturday March 19th around 530am and was told that they were not taking any more orders due to cleaning when they advised that they are open 24 hours. In Mississippi open 24 hours means we're open as long as it's a good idea
This young girl took my order as soon as I walked in. 20 mins later she looked at me and said I forgot to turn your ticket in. Would you like to order again. No I’ll like to strangle you.
