Service is super umm, bad, rough, harsh, crazy, unbelievable!?!? The food is good but maybe not worth the harsh guy who takes the orders! Maybe try a third time and see.....

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The guy who takes the orders very rude. Very short. Food is okay but as always there are other options located in the neighborhood. Explore options until this guy understands the power of the customer and respects them.

This place is tiny. A hole in the wall restaurant would have been bigger than this place. The look of this place was cold, like you were intruding. The employee at the counter didn't help. You have to speak loudly for them to hear you through the plastic and plexy glass taped and bolted to the wall. They talk into a mic that comes out very tiny and also hard to hear. And your payment is taken through a flap that opens separately on both sides. The entire time I was here, I felt very unwelcome, like I shouldn't have come. The pictures I took don't convey the almost post apocalyptic feel to this place. I tried to hold off judgement until we got our food and had a chance to try it once we got home. I wish it had been good. It wasn't. Nothing we bought tasted any good, and the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. You have to get it to go, there is no where to sit down to eat. Heck, there was barely anywhere to sit while waiting for our food. I fully understand that the pandemic is still going, but this felt extreme. We will not be going back here.

This place has is disappointing! I wish they had a ?disposition to Match their food. This is my last time dining because everyone I've spoken with have been RUDE! My daughter ordered 3 rolls and a crab salad and seaweed salad. The person she spoke with said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Which it's a 15 min drive from where I live. So I took my time driving. My daughter called and said "Mother the person at the restaurant was very rude and asked do i want my order?" My daughter told him my mother is on her way Sir and yes we want the order! So I actually was in the drive way getting out of my car when my daughter called. I went In I asked if they had the order ready. He said did I just talk to you? I said no you spoke with my daughter! I do not appreciate your tone! I asked was everything in the bag? As I paid for my daughter's food! Y'all taste wise it was ok but with the ugly attitude this restaurant gives they get a 1/2 star! Sometimes your attitude can ruin your buisness and this has happened 5 times they get no more of my money for sure from my family !

Great hibachi and sushi. Food is made fresh without a long wait.

Chicken fried rice was fantastic! Food gets 5 stars but the horrible customer service gets 1 star! Male host is extremely rude and very unpleasant!

When you walk in the atmosphere is not welcoming and they are especially rude to black people which I don’t understand cause that’s probably about 70% of their revenue, but the food is good

The best sushi. My kids love it.
