This is the most unprofessional place I know. The workers are lazy always lie like they only have certain items because they don't want to fix the food . Never go after 9 they swear they out of food. It never fails everyday they are rude
They don’t even deserve one star. Employees don’t care. They forget things you order, they’re always out of menu items, they have an extremely long wait. They care more about their phones than customers. Everyone currently employed there should be terminated, or close the location!
Don't expect your order to be right ever. Triple check before u leave this location. Honestly this location should be shut down. Make the drive further to literally any other TB. Cinnamon twists are just twists at this place. Not even the slightest hint of cinnamon.
Shouldn't be open...they are understaffed and it shows...they will not take your order and even though you make modifications when you put your own order in they act like you didn't...they have an attitude-and not a good one...they act like they don't know where the receipt is when you request it...they don't put cinnamon sugar on the cinnamon twists and when you ask for some- so why are you selling them if you can't make them correctly? Worst experience at Taco Bell I've ever had and we love Taco Bell.
Supposed to close at 0100. Showed up at 0010. Lady knew I was there but still waited 15 minutes to tell me they were closed, even though lighted sign said Drive Through Open!
Mann I will never go back to this taco bell again ! I order from the app and when they ran out of Mexican pizzas. I cancel my order but the app took my money anyway so I call the store to talk to anybody and the guy was so rude and got attitude with me ! How I am suppose to know you have nothing to do with the app ! I just ask in a normal tone .. and I guess I am out of 21 bucks also ! I can't deal with this ! Taco bell please fix your app so it's not a headache trying to get refund !
This is normally the only Taco Bell i go to but after last night i wouldn’t go back. The young “sweet” guy who answered the speaker was so rude. If you don’t like your job sweetheart don’t take it out on the customers. We didn’t tell you to apply genius
The girl at the counter was the RUDEST ever. I placed a mobile ap order, (the ap makes you choose the location), she claimed i did something wrong. She said they never received the order (the ap tells you when the order was complete) . I paid for it through the ap and she wouldn't even look at it. Then I place another order on the kiosk in the store. She yelled at me. Then I waited 15 minutes while they were supposedly making my order, then a young man handed me my order (which was a bag that had been sitting there the whole time) I paid for my order twice!
Haven't been to a Taco Bell in a while since making the decision to eat mostly healthy food, but this day decided to try "something different". Bad move. I asked for a minute to look over menu and was greeted with obvious impatience saying "are you ready to order?" a few times. I felt rushed to choose something so I did. As soon as I finished was greeted with "is there anything else" about 3 or 4 times, then pulled up to receive order. Everything about this sweet girl screamed " I do not want to be here". And I even commented, You are about to get off work aren't you? She was surprised I could know that and nodded. I replied , "I could tell - could hear it in your voice." That aside, the crunch wrap supreme was nothing like I remember from a couple of years ago. Mostly lettuce and other stuff. I didn't get a choice of a different filling so I assume I got what was supposed to be ground beef? Was hard to tell. Supreme shell just flapped around with nothing in there to fill it somewhat. Ok Taco Bell if you're listening you have some work to do. Just close it down or get better. I can't imagine anyone coming back for another round of that.
Still open according to Google and lights. Waited at speaker a good bit. Nothing . Drive up, see one person who went out of sight never spoke or came back. Another car did same thing after me
