If anyone is thinking of ordering from 1117 Main Street Taco Bell... DON'T! You are better off eating out of a trashcan because the people working there do NOT know what they are doing and are shorting people on their food HEAVILY. Went inside and said something about the missing food and had to talk and argue with the workers there for over an hour before they gave me SOME of the food that they shorted me and my family. They're food permit says Grade A, it actually is a Grade D. Go and take your business elsewhere. I am considering going to the Chamber of Commerce and having their permit revoked for the next 20 years!

I only gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. One order I placed was missing all of the drinks and half the food. The next 2 times I placed an order taco bell cancelled them or just said they didn't have an order. I will not waste my time or money at this location ever again and you shouldn't either. Door Dash shouldn't be affiliated with them either..

I don’t know what’s going on. We waited almost an hour on our food. The line was wrapped around the building and no came to say that they were short or anything. I have never seen this Taco Bell so slow and unconcerned.

Was completely unacceptable quality of food. Combined with the fact I sat In the slowest moving, longest line I've ever encountered (right at 55 minutes) and might very well have been the worst fast food experience I've had. I was certain that such a long wait could only mean the food, at least, would be good....I would have settled with it being warm. Now the only thing I'm certain of is that they have too many customers patronizing their location and they're trying to thin out their customer base a bit. I mean really? To serve a taco that is some how hot at the bottom and essentially frozen at the top baffles my mind. I don't know how it would be possible. Not sure I even want to know. All I can say is you got to do better. Not for my sake, I won't be back. For the sake of those that come after me expecting an edible meal....o and if I could've talked to anyone at the time it occurred I would have. But another hour in that line to see the same people that just served me that disgrace would have been more expensive then the $35 I had already wasted on the meal.

This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here. I've tried many times, and the results are always the same. My food order was missing items. My food was cold, and torn open. I am not impressed with this location. If you're craving Taco Bell, find a different location. It's a real shame too, as I'm close to this location regularly. If I could make a zero star rating, I would.

Burrito Supreme is no longer supreme. It is now an expensive bean burrito. It was little flat and disappointing. I will now scratch Taco Bell off my restaurant list. I know times are tough during this pandemic but, nowadays, folks just serve anything, jack up the price then blame it on the current climate. I simply don't have to accept it. I also don't have to eat these "restaurants" and won't.

Ordered 2 burrito Supremes. First of all no receipt girl was ride . Only one in line at time. Received order no tomatoes just throwed together. Wont be back . 9.35 for what should have been6.00 because was not supreme. The second one was nothing but a bean burrito. I hope this place closes and put in a good taco bell.

It's taco bell, if it sounds good right now it's probably after midnight and you're heading home from a bar, I wouldn't suggest this particular one because there used to be something else next door that had a drive thru, the building is gone but the parking lot will f you up if you're not familiar with it! But there's a liquor store next door, so

The food is not fresh i will not be going back the staff is very rude even if u ask for fresh foo the nacho Bell chips be very old.

Spent $30 at this Taco Bell. I paid online. When my friend made it up there it was 11:30pm, which was my pick up time. The young lady that was working just started screaming “we closed, we closed, we closed” and wouldn’t let her talk ( I was on the phone with her). So she asked her could she ask her a question, then she let her talk. She told her that we placed an order online and paid already, so what are we supposed to do. She told her to stay at the speaker until she got the order ready. Then came back and told her they didn’t have the “stuff to make the Crunchwrap Supremes and replaced them with a regular taco. That was not $30 worth of food I received. I didn’t receive any of my extra money back and they won’t answer the phone. My son told me not to go to this Taco Bell. I should have listened to him.
