Asked that the excess grease from the bacon be dabbed with a napkin. Didn't want a greasy sandwich. The preparer put the greasy bacon on my sandwich and dabbed it into the bread!!! Pitiful! Even after I said something she didn't apologize. First and last visit.
Had a good philly steak and tea. Love subway for the quick in and out and good food.

I had an extremely poor experience today at the Subway located at 450 Stateline Road, Southaven, MS 38671. I ordered three meals and upgraded to deluxe meat on all three orders. Neither the Steak and Cheese Sub or the Grilled Chicken protein bowl that I ordered seemed to have deluxe meat. But more importantly, the Spicy Italian Salad absolutely had no meat!I called the store to alert them of the missing meat in the salad, and they asked that I bring it back. At the time that I called it was very close to closing time, and we stay nearly ten miles away from this location. Secondly, this was my wife’s dinner…she had to have SOMETHING to eat tonight.Since I couldn’t bring the salad back, they insisted that I was not telling the truth about the missing meat, and they refused to correct the order. I have been a frequent customer at this location, however, I will not be returning here if this is the customer service that is offered for a mistake that THEY made!
Bad service, bad quality, everything seems to be in disarray here, and don’t forget the cashier will try to short you on how much they owe you back. I would not get anything from this place for anyone to be let know. Just if you do go here. Make sure they are paying attention and make sure if you pay with cash that they are accurate with your change whether it be dollars or change.
Absolutely the most rude owner I've ever encountered. The nice lady who made my sub was amazing, but the owner kept talking about his Tesla. I don't want to hear about your super car, when you pay minimum wages and can't keep the same employee for more than a month. Honestly pathetic. Please don't try any of the stores owned by this little man.
I like going here. But sometimes some off the staff is rushing (even if there are 4 people making orders.) So it doesn't feel very welcoming.
