I had my daughter's birthday party here. I ordered the VIP package for 12 kids but did not receive the VIP service!!!! The package I ordered was hot dogs or nachos two pizzas and drinks. The nachos was horrible. I was told to order the pizza early because it takes 15 minutes for the pizza to arrive so I did. Waiting an hour later the pizza has not arrived. Each time I asked within that hour where is the pizza they would say the pizza was on the way. We never received the pizzas!! I had to ask to substitute the pizza because the kids were ready to eat so they substituted the pizzas with a quesadilla that was no comparison to a pizza!!! The game cards did not work and had to go back and forth to get the cards to work. We did not have a party host. This was the worst experience I have ever had!! I would never recommend this place for anyone that is trying to give their child a memorizable event!!!
I recommend security for the parking lot. This is a fun place but it needs security in parking lot .

We had fun, but no one was wearing masks, and all the lanes were being used. I just didn't feel like covid was being taken seriously in an environment that could spread the virus so easily.
We brought a 35+ church group in to bowl on 1/23/22 at 6pm. There was a miscommunication on our end and a reservation wasn’t set, but that didn’t stop the employees from helping us in every way they could. They worked it out to where we could pay beforehand and got us a full hour to bowl. They were so accommodating and I couldn’t thank them enough!
I visited this place for the first time a few weeks ago and I enjoyed it. I went on a Wednesday and they have a special on Wednesday. It's a nice, clean, atmosphere with some really nice bowling lanes. There's a full service snack bar that has plenty of goodies to fill you up while you bowl. I will be going back for sure in the future.

Bad business. Waste of time and money. They ruined Cosmic Bowling. I arrived Friday, Dec. 3, 2021 about 11 pm. I dropped my brothers off and left to pick up my brother finishing his shift at Baptist. When I returned it was about 11:30 and one of my brothers had already patronized the business by buying $60 worth of food(no problem). I then turn around and bought 6 pairs of shoes and paid for 6 people to bowl. We were placed on Lane 17. My neice was also a part of the group and she was excited because it was Cosmic Bowling. Our experience was horrible. At 12 am they started cutting the lights on and off. About 12:15, they turned on lights in all of the alley and the music stopped. A black guy with dreads who attends the shop ket walking past us talking about he was ready to go home as well as other young employees. He heard me say something about the music and then the music came back on but they kept playing the same track. They cut the light off again, but someone cut them back on a few minutes later. I dont mind people cleaning to go home, however, I paid for an experience, not bad customer service. I had not seen my family in 3 years as I was visiting from Houston and was catching a Flight back at 3 am Saturday morning. I feel like if I would have known how rude the staff was and that we weren’t going to be able to Cosmic Bowl, I would not have wasted, $120 patronizing the business. This was my first and last time going to this establishment and I do not recommend anyone who wants to have a nice, mental getaway, party with family type of vibe to patronize them as well. Its sad to say this publicly, however I cant reach anyone by phone. We made the best of the time we had with each other.
