I prefer this Starbucks over the surrounding area Starbucks! The employees are friendly, nice and very efficient. Very fast service as well!
Got 3 frappes and it was just too watery, no ice at all, after waiting 15 on the drive thru the least I was expecting was a good product.
Terrific crew everyone got my order exactly as it should be to take care of the dog a real pleasure to sit and beautiful location.
On the way to take our son to the airport, Google maps let me know this one was not only on our way, but it turned out to be the fastest, even after stopping for a Quad Coffee Frappe! Thank you for the efficiency and speed! You are forever ? on my maps!
The ladies were terrific made my coffee just right very pleasant place to sit and have a drink after a long road trip
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Despite being fully staffed, I watched the employee take 25 minutes to make my drink. The manager couldn’t even get this guy to stop talking long enough to do his job.
Worst starbucks ever. Was in drive through 15 min no movement. Went inside it was nasty, spilled puddles of drinks on floor, then when I went to order they were out of alot. If yoi're going to be in a high volume location, up tge staff number and quality. Cashier was nice though ❤️
Ordered from this location, tonight around 7 PM and is disappointed with service. I was the only car in the drive thru and waited over 10 min for my coffee I watched my cup sit at the window over 5 minutes while the cashier engaged in laughter and conversation with coworkers. I actually had to blow the horn twice and tap on the window before anyone noticed I hadn't received my coffee. Then a nonchalant cashier opens the window and sarcastically says have a good day as if I'm bothering her. A thank you sorry for the wait would have been more appropriate. Not to mention I asked for iced coffee and it was hot. Well should have been hot because by the time I received it it was cold.
Sabine helped me out and she was very nice, and she did the drink exactly how I asked for it no problems. Great Customer Service, Thank You Sabine keep killing it!
The line was not too long, but not short and they got us through fast. Yes of course it was delicious!
