This sonic location is a joke. Horrible customer service. The manager (April) wants me to hold on to food and bring it back at a later date to get a refund on food they prepared wrong. Never heard of this a day in my life and I’ve eaten at plenty sonic locations. Sad to say…. This sonic is the worst between Panola, Tate, and Desoto County.
This is what they serve to children. Smashed, cold burgers. I brought it back and got treated poorly by management before even explaining what was wrong with the food. Please pay better attention to what you send out for children.
Ordered two of the large chili cheese tots and one was only filled half way. Called to discuss the matter and was told that one was proportioned wrong, so they couldn’t do anything about it. Instead of going back and forth with a customer at least try to fix YOUR error. Someone who spends their money expects to get what they pay for. Customer service is definitely trash!
I ordered our lunch mobile app.. we waited almost 30 minutes thinking that the wait was so long because of the chicken sandwiches. I expected all of the food to be fresh somewhat. I checked the bag I ordered onion rings which they were out and we got cold fries instead. I checked the tator tots and they were so greasy they fell apart when trying to pick them up. The mozzarella sticks had 3 fresh sticks out of the 3 orders I paid for. Chicken sandwiches were either burnt or still frozen in the middle. Basically I wasted $40 worth of food. No one ate any of the food and kinda upset that I basically wasted my money.
The guy taking our order was sooooo sad to be at work. There was no welcome when he came on the intercom, and he was not pleasant to speak with while ordering. It was almost rude...he just didn't say anything...but a very unpleasant demeanor.
Its never awful, but something is wrong almost every single time i go. Either a missing ingredient, or they added something when i asked them to hold that item. Unsweet tea instead of sweet, very common problem.
Sugar free raspberry slushes.
Food is cold sometimes but it can be good.
That's the way to run a Sonic ! Was there promptly and still warm and a good smile from the server!!! Well done!!!
HORRIBLE Customer service. I ordered 4 XL cups of ice and the bell hop handed me 4 large cups of ice. I got out to explain that this wasn’t correct and attempted to hand the bell hop the ice back and she said to set the ice down and she would get it. She explained that I paid for large cups of ice and would need to pay the difference. I told her that was fine I would pay the difference (even though they placed the order incorrectly).I had to ring the bell again for them to notice that I was still waiting for my order. When the same bell hop came back to the car she asked for the additional change which I provided. When the bell hop skated away she says “ I hope u have a better day”. I contacted the store and asked to speak with the manager to explain what happened and the manager on duty (Jordan) got on the phone she said that her bell hop told her that I threw the ice at her and refused to apologize for HER employee’s behavior. I just explained to the manager that I did not throw anything and Jordan dismissed the entire conversation and simply said Ma’am have a good day and hung up the phone. I will be contacting corporate and submitting a complaint.
