This restaurant surpassed my expectations. I honestly didn't expect to be greeted with such great southern hospitality. The decor and the service was amazing. The food was delicious and the cleanliness was exceptional. Our waitress had excellent customer service skills. I was impressed with this restaurant and I most definitely will return. Thanks for the experience!!
Just a cool, laid back place to go eat.Service was amazing, our waitress & bar tender took great care of my family and I. Even the owner came over and checked on us.Food is really good as well, I wish I had taken more food pics! Only got 1 pic of my son's shrimp po'boy and he ate every bite.Almost everything comes in a bag, I was bit skeptical at first, but it was delicious.You get to pick your seasoning as well as your level of hot/ spiciness on all the seafood.They have live bands on Wednesday and Thursday nights, last nights band sounded great.My family and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend giving Red Pier a try.
Greeted with smiles as we entered. Prompt and clean service. Beautiful decor. Food was hot, fresh,and plentiful. I enjoyed the wine. Ashley our waitress was amazing. I really enjoyed my visit. I will return and I'll tell others.
We were looking for a seafood place to eat at on Easter Sunday. We googled several places to include Red Pier. We are so glad we decided here. The ambiance, the good service and food was incredible! We chatted with the manager. He was so down to earth and treated us like family. Desiree was our waitress and she was very attentive to our needs. She suggested how we could combine items on the menu to make a combo instead of buying single to save money. The food was so DELICIOUSLY Tasty we got stuff and was barely able to get up from the stable. We will definitely come back again when we’re in town and plan on recommending this place to the family that live locally. LOVED IT!
Sonya and I were looking for a place we have not been and this is where I chose. I will say we were feeling good about the choice upon arrival for it is a lovely restaurant. I felt at home "St.petersburg " or somewhere along the gulf coast. I had the softshell crab po boy and she had some gumbo with hush puppies. We both enjoyed our meal and even the tea was most excellent. I will also say kayla our server was as sweet as can be and the manager Wade was most hospitable. I truly look forward to enjoying another experience here in the near future!
Red Pier Cajun was surprisingly very good. Be prepared to eat alot. A pound of shrimp and 1/2 lb crab legs did not seem like much until you started eating it. The restaurant was large and had live entertainment. Very clean and our waitress was outstanding!
Delicious. First time there. We will be going back. Our waitress was very nice and patient. Since it was our first time there. She made a few suggestions to help us decide. Very nice atmosphere too.
We had an Amazing time. The customer service was Awesome and Amazing. As a Travel Agent I love doing Market Research at different restaurants. I get the opportunity to experience them first so that I can refer my clients. Our server was AwwwwMazing he took great care of us. He kept our beverages fill and he checked on us frequently. We tried Alligator for the first time and it was Amazing. My husband tried the fried fish and fries and he said it was Amazing. My daughter and I tried the shrimp and friends and it was Amazing. My daughter had the dessert and and she enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back and taking more Travel Agents with us. I give this restaurant a 10 plus. It's a must visit.
We had a large party and we were accommodated with no issues until it came down to payment. My credit card and another member of our party was charged a total of three times for the same total, however we were never given a credit card receipt to sign!! We thought this was weird and approached the server. She told us the total was 91.44 and that it would be split between us, which would come out to be approximately 45 per card. However, when I looked at my app my card had been charged 91.44 twice and the other members card was charged 91.44. I immediately thought this was a scam for the server to receive more in tips!!! When I asked for a manager they were apologetic and assured me that the matter would be straightened out by the following day. And it was. However, I still feel that it was a cam and will not be returning to this restaurant! Be watchful of your credit card charges or better yet just pay with cash!!!
The grilled oysters were amazing!! A fantastic place to eat.
