We were tired of Cheese burgers and Mexican food. Seafood was a change of eating. The food from starters to appetizers to main course transitioned perfectly. The food was excellent. The service is what puts them over the top in my review. Great food and even better service. Rob is as professional as it gets. Perfect timing.
I came with my dad and granddad for my granddad’s 76th birthday. The server (I believe her name was AJ) we had was amazing. She was very nice and kind. The food came out freshly and biscuits were delicious.
This is my favorite Red Lobster location. The food is always great. The service is very good. I always pay at the table via credit card, leaving a generous tip of course.
The food was good. Our server Carlos was awesome, that is why they get 4 stars. However we waited for an hour for an order of shrimp scampi, another group came, ate & left before we got this small order of 7 shrimp. The response to this was less than stellar from management. Still on the fence of going back to this location.
I had an amazing experience... it was my first time eating there and my server was awesome... the steak was cooked and seasoned perfect... hats off to the cook.... I literally had the best experience I've ever had at a dine in place...... it was my servers birthday so happy birthday Ariel.....

My experience was horrible! I did a to go order. I waited at the bar a while before my order was even taken and almost an hour to receive my order. I ordered only two appetizers. I ordered the lobster dip and please see the pictures of what I received. The dip was at the very bottom of the container and the chips were overcooked and tasted like they were burned. Please notice the overcooked french fry in the chips. The four pieces of shrimp with ice in it is their shrimp cocktail. I received the container with the shrimp in a plastic bag floating on top of some liquid. Also, the employee had no clue as to what she was doing. She put an order in for something that I did not even order. The manager had to assist. Proceed with caution if you decide to eat here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Great food and waitress was outstanding. Wish I would have gotten her name. Short staffed but the wait wasn't bad and the food was prepared perfectly. Great job management and staff.
We tried this place out because of the current 4 star rating. We arrived around 11:30 on a Saturday and there was maybe 5 tables full. Service was good at first but quickly declined. Our waitress literally had our table and one other. The man at the other table ordered a beer and he finally gave up on her to bring it so he went to the bar himself and got it. My husband asked for lemon for his fish (which tasted like frozen fish sticks) and never got it. Food was mediocre. We were never told that we were supposed to pay at the little monitor at the table but even if we had been, our waitress never activated it for our order. I walked around the restaurant twice to find an employee and couldn't find one. Our waitress finally came back, activated our monitor, but the enter button wouldn't work so we had to wait forever again until she finally came back and acted annoyed that she had to do something. I have never left a restaurant without paying but I almost did. The man who had to get his own beer said that his food was all cold. Horrible experience and we won't be back.
