Nice vibe., food is good. If you don't like seafood, the wings and onion rings are great. If you do, I recommend one of the 30 steamers. There's enough to split with a friend if you like. Only reason not 5 stars is sometimes waitresses not the best, luck of the draw on that. I have had some great ones and I've had some where I had to go to counter to get everything I need.

The King Crab is to die for. The food is very fresh and plentiful. The staff, especially Trice was awesome.
Highly recommend!! Food and service is 110% great!! Have been twice and will go back many more times. Thank you to Katie on our first visit on 4-3 and then to Ashley today on 4-17. Both of you went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our large party. ❤️
Usually our dining experience is ON POINT, but today was different. Waitress took our drink order after we'd been sitting for 10 minutes, my husband asked for ice water with no lemon, it arrived with a big slice of lemon, we ordered seafood in the bad, cajun, hot. It was neither. Waitress had to bring us the spicy liquid in a cup to add to it later. We requested no corn, it was full of corn. Why ask us what we want if you're going to ignore what we ask for or ask not to add to our order???
Sarah and I went for a day out and I have been looking forward to trying the Red Hook for some time now. I am from St. Pete Florida and it has a lot of the seafood I miss, seafood is the only meat I eat. I wanted to order the softshell crab po boy and that I did. I enjoy it very much and Sarah had the fried fish basket with cajun French fries. I'm certain I will be back to try some other goodies on the menu, we also enjoyed the music variety.
The food was fair, but the service was terrible. In my party we had 4 adults and 2 children under 3yrs old, and we were charged a gratuity for having a party of 6. WTH, the children didn't even take up any space or eat. If you visit this location and get Sara/Sarah as your server ASK FOR ANOTHER SERVER. Sarah was rude, got an attitude when asked for eating utensils/napkins and never gave us a refill. The hostess Toya, tried to rectify the situation but the damage was already done.
Listen, I know they’re known for their seafood. But I ordered a garden salad when I had no groceries and it was icy outside and I tell you what… best salad I have ever had, not to mention the owner is the sweetest lady I have ever met. The salad- perfect. Every restaurant I have ever ordered salad from has had at least SOME wilted old lettuce within the mix. This salad from here? So fresh and crisp I am mind blown !! I can’t even get it this fresh at the grocery store!! Not one wilted piece ! Fresh crisp and phenomal dressing! With ripe cherry tomatoes so delicious and cucumber slices I want to rave about! Absolutely perfect. Could not imagine a more perfect salad and I will start coming here for my veggie fix. Thank you so much
I went to this place because I order it through grubhub Often and it's delicious. So when I decided to go in and dine with a friend, the first thing I noticed was this small section where they seated all the black people together!! There were PLENTY of open tables. Meanwhile, white people were scattered everywhere in the restaurant. That was the most uncomfortable feeling and for that matter I'll never go back. I can tell the other black families were thinking the same thing. We weren't even spaced that far apart. And The waiter was slow. I'm not giving these people another dime of my money.
Great service, food was very good and good portion for the price. Not to mention the drinks were really good!!!
