Food is great, I didn't eat in but it seems those who were eating in was seated immediately. I placed a call in to go order and was told it will be 15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Wasted a lot of my lunch time. That was my only issue. The staff was pleasant and again the food was great.

We ordered through Uber Eats tonight. It was my birthday dinner and since it was Friday night and we've had a long work week I didn't want to go out for dinner. My husband always takes me out for Mexican for my birthday so it's something I look forward to every year. First Uber driver shows up 25 minutes after I placed my order and is told I have no order. If I had no order why did Uber sned him there? Second Uber driver shows up 20 minutes after the first driver left to pick up my food. She is finally given my order and gets it here. A total of an hour and half has gone by when we finally got order that was supposed to be delivered in less than 1 hour. Food was horrible and inedible. Most of it was burnt. My boys refused to eat their tacos and quesdilla. We were sent 3 tortillas for a double order of combination fajitas. We were sent 1 side of rice, beans, and salad for the same double order of fajitas. They did not send the cheese dip I ordered. I will not order from here again nor will I walk through the doors to sit down and eat.
The server my sister and I had (a middle-aged short man who was also seen sweeping) was significantly disrespectful to the point where we decided to leave after paying for the appetizer. He was impatient with us - even cutting us off as we requested water. After finishing the appetizer and telling him that’s all we wanted, he continued to walk - ignoring my attempts for his attention - around the building out of spite because of whatever reason. I can’t say anything about the food, since I wasn’t given the opportunity to try it after being deterred by the subpar service.
I wish I could separate the food from the manager on duty. The food is most often great. Very seasoned and always hot. The servers are also very nice and attentive.The manager on duty needs work in the area of Customer Service.We waited a very long time to receive food this evening and it was sparse to say the least. Because there was a large party in house we didn’t complain about the wait until the food wasn’t right also.Management never came by and when we asked for him,he waved us off to watch a waitress wiping a table as she’s surely done numerous times! When he did give us his attention and we explained,he said “ I can’t make you like the food .”He offered no reasonable concern for the situation.This is not reflective of our usual experience, but if he represents the new wave of management, I’m headed for land elsewhere and so should you?
Always great food!! Great drinks and friendly staff. People at a table next to us were being rude to our waitress and giving her a hard time. She kept her posture and we gave her a better experience. Really recommend Rancho Grande
Authentic Mexican food! We had a large party on a Saturday night and only had about a 25 min wait. The food was probably some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while and we eat it weekly.
These folks are like family to us and have been a part of our family celebrations for many years. The food and service are always incredible.
The food is great and the atmosphere looks wonderful. I have not dined in but love to pick up on the way home. The only issue I have had is I have gotten home and items were missing from my bag. It has happened twice and because it was something small it's no need to make a fuss. The food is always hot and amazing so it should be a 4.5.
Great tasting Fajitas. We got the steak and chicken and 2 of us shared them. They are fast and efficient, however they are crowded and the hostess tried to sit us un front of the kitchen which doesn't have a door. She would not move us, however, an older gentlemen server moved us to a better table. Our server was great and the margaritas were great. I will be back!
