Our server was very attentive. Other staff greeted us as we were seated by thr hostess. That part was a delightful experience. Half of our appetizers were chewy, and tasted like it had been microwaved. Our other appetizer was hot and tasted really good. Our meals on the other hand, that was where we had an issue. Our plates felt like they had been on the microwave, the food was " baked" down to the plate. The quality of the food has seriously diminished. We ordered alcoholic beverages, and they were spot on. That was the highlight to our meal. Sad to say. Our server worked diligently to assure we were as happy as he could make us. We don't fault him at all. Unfortunately, we feel we will not be returning customers again.
My birthday dinner was great. Fast and friendly service! Only thing was they had a problem with our ticket but they took care of that too.
We had a great server but the AC wasn't working in the area we were seated in. As normal the salad and bread sticks were awesome. My soup was really good but my wife's chicken Marcela was not good and they didn't offer to do anything with it. The booth by our table had been cleaned and food left in the seat.
Wonderful dinning experience. Food and ambitious of facility was great. Our server, Chester was OUTSTANDING. He was warm friendly, courteous, and well versed in the menu. Great closer on closing items, a chocolate cake. Almost wanted to get one myself, but I'm diabetic. Lol
I always like Olive Garden, this time was no different. It was crowded but being a small table we were seated quickly. Our waitress was very good. We didn't wait long on our order and the quality was normal. I also like the tablets, they make it easy when adding to an order or paying out.
Great experience at this Southaven restaurant. We had 16 people in our party for a family bday & our waitress, Kaylee C., was amazing. She had a great personality & you could tell she loved her job. She made sure that several of our vegan peeps had the right salad & dressings (so important when 6 of our group have that challenge). The food was served quickly & was delicious. Benny, the manager, was very professional & accomodating for our large party. Everyone was so nice when I called & the hostess was friendly as we were coming in & leaving. We usually go to a Memphis location but this experience was hands down the best. Keep doing what you are doing here. Thanks so much for making our birthdays special! (Visited 7pm Mon, March 14).

Food was great, service was terrible. As a server it hurt not to leave a tip but our waitress came to the table one time and that was to take our order. She made eye contact with us and still didn’t come to the table. We had to ask a waiter that was near by for refills and everything else we needed. He was great. We tipped him. Our waitress didn’t start coming around the table till after we had everything we needed from the other waiter. If we come back we definitely don’t want Shatreece.
After years of being over olive garden, I was recently impressed again and visit a couple times a month. It's been consistently great the past year! Something changed for the better.
Delicious! Wonderful waiter also! Super personable. Friendly, efficient, intelligent, and the good was amazing! Haven't been out to eat except for one time since the pandemic, and this was exceptional. Very glad we ch0se to come here at this time. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Plenty of parking and only a 30 min wait on a SATURDAY NIGHT!
