People were very nice, our food was fresh, the sweet tea was pretty good && our order was right
One of the fastest in Southaven. Most places is a 30 minute wait for a drive thru fast food place here and good luck on most places getting your order correct.
Needed a quick bite and not far off of my route, this McDonald's provided both factors and exceeded it with excellent customer service ?, napkins without asking , award winning smiles at both windows. In and out in less than 5 min. Thank you for restoring my hope in fast food.
I went to the drive thru and was sitting there for about 10 mins before going inside and it had nothing but flies on the inside. Flies all by the fountain drinks and just throughout the inside. DO NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS THOROUGHLY CLEANED.
It was insisted upon that I come inside the store to make my order. I informed the young lady several times that it wasnt possible. After having the same exchange repeat four times, I was told to pull around. The young man at the window repeated the same request for me to come inside the store. I informed him I cannot because I have Covid-19. The young lady with the drive through headset still insisted I come inside, though there was a charter bus on the parking lot. I asked the young man what did she want, proof? He(being very young and unaware that it was unethical and not legal to ask me for medical information) asked if I had proof. I did show him my results and he apologized. Only then, did my order that was all this time, a mobile order, only requiring them to key in the four digit code to fulfill, began processing. After receiving my order, I pulled down because another vehicle was now in line behind me. Checking my order, the fries were completely salted, which due to health reasons, I could not consume. I drove back to the window, asked for the fries to be prepared as the order stated and asked for a receipt. I was told that the register printer was out of paper. I didnt believe it but was over the entire visit by this time. This location is unbelievable! It’s always something there.
They have slow service in the drive thru and once you wait to order. You get your food and it's cold. They ice cream machine is broken alot.
Unfriendly staff. Maybe just caught them on a bad morning. Ordered pickles on my breakfast sandwich which apparently is unheard of and they absolutely could not accommodate (not a big deal, just pickles)I realize nobody wants to open the pickles before lunch. Sorry for my dry sense of humor ? Otherwise, food was as expected and quick. Have a great day!
4/18/2022 Rudeness and a lack of self -esteem must be a requirement to work at this McDonalds establishment.On this day we went to the drive-in- window, with a relatively small order.One fish sandwich with cheese and two cokes. When we open the fish sandwich there was a piece a cheese on it the size of a quarter. The fish patty was half hanging off the bread. It appeared someone had just tore a piece, off a slice of cheese, and threw it on the sandwich. Seriously, and these are the people that want $15 an hour. They display an attitude of "I HATE MY JOB". It appears so does the management. They could care less. You need to call Chick-fil-A and learn something from them.They get you in and out, their young people have manners and a good work ethic. Then again, I think they put the bar a little higher than most.They just don't hire anybody.
Got through drive thru fairly quick. Food was hot and fresh. Some employees were very nice.
