they take to long i waited about 30 minutes just to order, this is unbelieveable. 24 hrs + the workers getting a 30 minute break smh. ??♀️??♀️ Would totally not recommend this mcdonalds go to another one if you can. <3
I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. The line didn't move for that long and people were waiting even longer than that before me. I thought this place was supposed to be 24/7 all the time, not 24/7 EXCEPT for at 1 am. If you're not going to be 24 hour for the entire 24 hours, then don't advertise that. I get that it's McDonald's, you get what you get, but it's pretty frustrating especially when you just get off a 9 hour shift
Very rude workers and lazy. My order was missing a frappe and they tried to make me pay to replace it. Not only that they gave me PLAIN burgers instead of Mcdoubles with cheese. I recieved cold stale fries and they still wanted to be rude and tell me go through the app to get a refund. No ma'am yall need to do your job ! If you don't want to work then get out of fast food ! This is completely sad and ridiculous.
I had things left out of my order. once told I didn't recieve it they tried to make my delivery driver pay for the replacement. my burgers had no cheese or anything on them. my fries were cold and stale. the workers were rude and told me "Get my refund from doordash". Yall are very unprofessional and should make people's order correctly and give them what they paid for. I shouldn't have to get a refund if yall do your job and on top of that I work 12 hours and can't leave my job for breaks. yall are sad.
McDonald's has really gone downhill lately. The curbside section of the app didn't work. The lobby had a handful of angry patrons. The drive thru was at a standstill. I used to really like this place. Not so much anymore.
Extremely rude employee. Tried to order through the drive thru just to have the employee 1. Get rude and tell me what I order isn’t a meal, yet it pops up on the screen as a meal 2. Then yelled at me as I’m trying to ask a question. 3. Then began to mock me after she got mad that I was right. 4. Then began to talk over me everytime I would try and talk. Blows my mind the customer service skills these people have. Left and came to the other Southaven McDonald’s on getwell and had the most pleasant staff.
The service was horrible. The kids running this location have no personality, they just stare at you with blank expressions. I visited it 2x in the drive thru. I ordered chicken nuggets meal, didn't have fries in the bag, I asked the young lady about it, she said "she only rang up the nuggets" but she gave me a drink? which is part of the combo. 2nd visit, I sat at the window, after paying, 15 minutes for my food. The youngsters inside were just standing around or walking back n forth. I was given a small slush when I ordered a medium. At least the young man apologized for his mistake...but also rolled his eyes when I called him out on the mistake. Just horrible. Our world will be jacked up when these youth grow up. Going to hell in a hand basket with gasoline draws on...
Hate McDonald's without a doubt . Every single one of them is nasty as hell in every single state. Food always cold as hell fries most of the time soggy and cold . The employees are rode as what . They just make your food any way they want . They all should close down and be done with it . Very unhappy I wasted my money and the little time I had .
Food was good. My complaint is the staff wasn't friendly and I couldn't get anyone to help get me condiments. No one was focused on the dinning room customers. If they can't be bothered at least make ketchup and salt etc available without assistance. Also the app didn't allow for mayo on the burger.
If I could give it something lower I would. The ridiculous wait time was the least of my concern because the service was absolutely terrible. When I arrived at the window to get my food, my order was not correct. The person at the window argued with me about what I had ordered and she was very rude. Because we had already waited over 20 mins I decided not to go back and forth with her and I took my food and left. The food was very cold and no where near fresh. I did call the complaint line & left a message. I have not been contacted back. It has been 3 days. I WILL NEVER VISIT this location again.
