Most recent visit was 10/10. Waiter was prompt. courteous and personable.Spicy chicken bites were cooked to perfection. Dad loved his lobster tails and potato soup. Very pleased with portion sizes and taste.
Worst experience, the on duty manager ignored us at the door, while explained how to properly fill out an order form to an employee. He did make eye contact several times. I was prepared to take my business to another more appreciative business. My decided to wait. The service was slow and the rest of the experience was not good. As I watched while I waited,I observed the on duty manager treated the guest that were African Americans the same as us.I would not recommend this place to anyone, take your business to a place that value your money and not your skin color.
The service is always top notch and the food is never bad so my full rack of ribs tasted really good flavor wise but it was just overcooked a bit for my taste. Too many hard spots. Or maybe it wasn't the best cut of meat. Admittedly I don't know much about cooking but I know about eating and for what it's worth I finished my whole meal so wasn't bad at all. Worth a visit in my opinion.
Overall our dining experience was good. Our server seemed to be knowledgeable of the menu, but not very engaging. Food came out timely and tasted good. Clearing our table of finished dishes was not as good. She may have been stretched a little thin?
The service was just over mediocre. We sat at the bar so our waitress was the bartender. Seemed as though she was just trying to push through her shift. The food also did not seem to be that good on this visit. My steak was more rare than medium rare. Fries were barely warm. The asparagus I thought was good. My coworkers steak was more rare than medium. His shrimp slightly overcooked. His broccoli was very soft. I have had worse experiences eating out, but this one will definately stand out next time I am deciding where to go eat.

The salmon strawberry salad was fantastic and enough for two people. The wings always are great. The service was spot on as well. Great location
I love Longhorn; they have the best food. The service is always great. I like that you can upgrade your side salad to the larger strawberry pecan salad that they have for a couple of bucks more. I usually get steak, but the stuffed crusted chicken was amazing. My happy place.
I had the ribeye medium rare it was seasoned nice and cooked to order. The Mac and cheese had no flavor what so ever I sent it back. The lobster came with no butter sauce. The shrimp was decent. I'll give it 6.5 out of 10 for the effort.
The food was okay. My 1/2 rack of Ribs were tender, but a little to crispy on one end. The waitress...ommmmggg......sucked! She took our orders and disappeared for a long time, never coming to check on us after we received our order. Come on now, I know you all are a busy business, but we as the customer shouldn't have to stop you to ask for things or contact another employee to find you to come see about us!!!
