The unprofessional man with dreadlocks stated he was the manager I asked for extra most best pizza with extra sauce I ordered through the online portal. When I saw my pizza I said this is not extra most best. He then stated that he had made me several pizzas. That is a lie because you only get one cold for online portal. Once that code is used you cannot use that code again. There was about 10 people in there and they all stated that my pizza did not look like extra most best. His own staff at the cash register started laughing because she knew he was lying and I had sat there for an hour waiting on a pizza. I had just ordered a extra most best pizza a couple of days prior and it should have plenty of pepperoni on it. I waited almost an hour for one pizza that they never gave me this man stated he has been there for 4 years. I do not understand why Little Caesars would allow this man a leadership position when he lies in front of his staff and argues with a customer when all I ask was for the pizza to be made over. And he did this in front of several other customers. All I asked him to do was make my pizza the right w you have cameras play them back.
Manager with dreads is unprofessional and very rude. Waited over an hour for the wrong Pizza. I ordered and extra most bestest pepperoni. Put my code in the portal and it was the wrong Pizza of. I said something to the manager he refused to make the pizza over after I waited an hour. He stated to me that he gave me plenty of Pizza. His own employee last because she knew he was lying. When you do the portal you only have one pin number that you cannot reuse therefore you cannot get multiple pizzas. Therefore his comment could not be true. There were over 10 people in that restaurant they all said that was not the extra most best pizza. I just ordered a pizza the day before and it looked nothing like that. I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager I asked for the person over him he stated I will have to look online and find it. Little Caesars need to get rid of him immediately. However he told me he had been there for years and Little Caesars had not done it and they would not do it.
Order pizza waited for 30 mins. Wasn't even ready when came in. The crazy bread wasn't cooked right. It was soggy and disgusting. And the pizza wasnt cut properly. I would never go here again. The food made me and my sister's sick to our stomach.
Good service , good pizza friendly employees . The only thing missing was the crazy bread seasoning and butter .
Love this place but they never answer the phone. I was in the parking lot so I know they wasn’t busy and I called 5 times and no one never answered.
I'm so shocked about what happened tonight. The employee bought me dinner. I asked him if he was serious. I don't know why he did what he but he was a blessing to me. The food was good and hot. The store was busy but all the employees was working very hard to get everyone out as fast as they could.
Used to eat here all the time but nowadays its just not as good to me anymore, And its always just soggy pizza. For the price I'm sure college students LOVE this pizza but I'm not there yet so, until I'm broke and need some Fairly good pizza I'm heading across the street to Southaven pizza
Ordered online & got notification that my order was ready , I sent my son to pick up my order 20 mins later and they told him the order was not ready. I called multiple times and no answer , while my son was there he heard the phone ringing while the employees were in there playing and saw the phone. Very unprofessional!! please spend your money else where!! Finally my son got the order after a 35 minute wait for a deep dish!!! Cheese on pizza was horrible!!! would not recommend!!!
The young cashier was rude for no reason. The pizza worker took 52 mins to make a sausage pizza that was suppose to be hot and ready. When asked how much longer. She responded " I'm only one person very rudely. My pizza was not done and had literally 5 sausage balls. She threw it in the box. Don't ever visit the Main St in Southaven,MS. Then refused my refund. If I could honestly rate my experience they would get a negative 1000 stars!
I started calling @ 1p 2/15 and the phones were busy. I continued calling 8 more times following. I walked into the store and ask for a manager. The young lady (how did not want to say her name) said she was. I asked why was the phone lines busy? She started she don't know because she had just arrived. So I called in front of her and the line was still bustY. She raised her voice and told me to leave her store. She needs another job because customer service is a 1 out 10. She very rude and ghetto. Loud and offensive. #keepingmymoney
