We ordered online and went to pick-up the food, only to find the store closed. We were definitely charged and yet no food!!! UNPROFESSIONAL
I will not be back. This is not the same quality of past The chicken philly salad comes with greens and onions only, you have to request other items, then it's not a salad. Second, it was served in a Hefty to go container. (Sam's Club). Third, the drink cups seem a lot smaller, than the past (Sam's Club). All of this for $17. The quality and presentation has gone down.
This the worst Lenny l had had the pleasure of order from l order to mile hight turkeys and was very disappointed the sandwich was the worst l’ve ever been serviced in my life the service very poor l will never eat there ever again
I’m a big Lenny’s customer but it’s time to move on. This is the second time my order was lacking the quality of my past experiences. I don’t think the bacon on my sandwich was cooked at all. Very disgusting to bite into a sandwich and all I taste is solid bacon fat. Highly disappointed will never order from here again. Quality is not what is use to be, don’t waste your time and money here.
Always loved Lenny's sandwiches, but the service folks are not very friendly. Finding help is difficult everywhere these days.
This location lets you order from the app, and the Philly cheese steak is always the best. Jersey Mike's sucks compared to Lenny's.

Ever since this location went under new management or ownership everything went downhill! Service is poor and they’re slow as Christmas. This used to be my favorite place to have lunch and now I can’t make myself go no matter how bad I want a Philly cheesesteak.
They were friendly and patient while we figured out what we wanted, very fast and very good!
