Horrible? first off I ordered online thinking everything will be better and correct. I could have never been wrong. Waited in line almost 30 minutes just to get my order all wrong ❌ My Krystals was not done. My food was cold. Check your order before driving off or you will regret it. The manager even said don't order online now what kind of mess is that. Horrible?????
The Krystal in Southaven, MS has been doing really great for me for years! The workers are exceptionally kind! The management is outstanding! The food is great! I love that they are open even really late at night for the drive-through also!
I give Krystals here 5 stars because I never get any issues. Food is correct made on point. Late eats for good price. No complaints here.
Way to slow in the drive-through. But this is the first time in about a year actually got my Krystals Steamed so ??? great job!!
This has to be one of the worst I have seen. First they are rude as all get out and they always get our order wrong. Had a problem once so we called and the lady that answered started yelling at my husband before he could finish saying what the problem was and then she transferred “put the phone down” while my husband was trying to ask a question and I assume had the “manager” pick it up but she was just as rude. And as far as getting our order wrong all we ask for is extra pickles so I don’t get what is hard about that. I love Krystal’s but would rather drive out of my way then to go to this one that is 5 minutes from my house. Save your money and go anywhere else.
Foods always as expected and the staff is always happy friendly and smiling no matter how busy they are. Plus they always give my puppy a piece of bacon at the window.... It's his favorite place to go, lol!
Best Krystals I've ever been to in my life. Always fast service and never have any issues with my orders. Always friendly people taking my order and haven't met a rude person that work there yet. Thank you all for such great service!
I live in Illinois but I was raised in the south. Well there is no Krystal's in the Illinois area where I live so I made a special trip on my way to Mississippi to get to Krystal. The food reminds me of home and I couldn't decide if I wanted breakfast or lunch both are the best. I ordered the 24 Krystal with cheese box and took some home. Thanks Krystal's!
Love the sliders, but the fries have changed so many times I don't really like them anymore and the sliders are the only thing a really get there. on top of that I go there like 5-10 times a year so not a big recommend but I still say go there every now and then
