So I ordered the seafood boil A today that had the crablegs, shrimp and mussels. I ordered it to go. So when I arrived at my destination which was an hour an a half away i checked my bag and guess what, THERE WERE NO MUSSELS! I called the restaurant and spoke with the "manager" that said the cook made sure that the mussels were in there and that the "host " checked the bag. I'm sitting here looking right at the cook when he handed the host the bag and the host never checked the bag. The bag was brought to me STAPLED! All she had to do was check the freaking cameras. So they don't do refunds and i have to wait a whole day to get my mussels because I refuse to eat anything out of the bag. The manager was soooooo unprofessional. Had the nerve to ask me what I wanted her to do about it. Fix my freaking order thats what!
I order the same thing each time I visitI've had several issues before but this was a 1stAfter checking my order I wasn't sure if they had changed what comes in the meal since it was noticeably different, I went back in to ask where were the rest of the fries. The manager exclaimed with a distasteful tone that this was the correct amount, I exclaimed I had never received an amount so small previously and that I come oftenWith no apology and eye rolling she exclaimed she could get me a few more fries. Prices are going up everywhere and customer service and portions are going down. We must do better. Manager "Kevin" came back to show me a menu that did not state a change in decrease of portion

We enjoyed our dinner very much. We had the gumbo to start…delicious! My husband actually ordered a second bowl! We had the crab legs, shrimp and crawfish platter with no extra spice, it was very good. Great flavor and you could enjoy the seafood with wonderful flavor. We are from Missouri and I haven’t heard of seafood bread before, I asked our friendly waitress what it was and she brought us a sample, very tasty! Before we leave town, we will be getting a to-go order of the gumbo.
The food was delicious ?, the oysters were cooked perfectly . And the gumbo was very good. The service just needs to work on being just a little bubbly ??
The fried catfish and shrimp basket came out hot .Onion rings were all breading the shrimp were all breading. The large catfish taste horribly like swamp mud. Salad was good .
Combo E is a great selection. The atmosphere is great and good service.
It was very nice. A cool calm atmosphere. The waiters were very nice and the service was fast. Food was so delicious I could barely finish it. Will bring my family next time.
The food was really good and the flavor I chose had a good kick. We had the crab cakes and calamari as an appetizer, which were decent. The crab legs were really skinny tho ? and the bathroom could've used some attention. Overall was a yummy lunch and I'd go there again!
I would not recommend because there are way to many seafood places in this area whose food not only taste better but are more professional with better and more opened policies. If you're not dinning in and you dont live close DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE. The food is hit or miss. They are not consistent. They have a no refund policy which is understandable. But if they make a mistake and mess up your order you have to take the food back that very day for a replacement otherwise you just lose your money. That is so inconvenient stating this is a metro area and they know that people people are coming from small MS. Towns, Memphis, and Arkansas to shop. That's something to think about when handing them your money for take-out. It's a pandemic so now you have to go wash your hands, take your mask off taste the food before you leave then go wash hands again. Who has time for that when ordering take out. And please don't be on your lunch break and they mess up your order.
