The first time I ordered my one part of my order was wrong but it was good and fresh so I didn’t say anything I ordered tonight the wings are fried not smoked and they are super hard also the curly fries taste old and also hard
Wings were inedible. Wings were ice cold and had been cooked hours before. I called It's Just Wings and they said DoorDash would bring another order my way. However, DoorDash would only refund 5% of the order's worth...this is not a DoorDash issue but a restaurant issue.
TRIFFLIN!!!! This was some of the worst food I've ever spent my money on. If I had known this was located inside Chili's, I would have NEVER!!!!!! Chili's is just as awful as It's Just Wing. They don't wear hairnets in their kitchen and a bunch of ppl are always in their kitchen. This spot needs to be shut down ASAP. Chicken was hard, broken bones & no flavor. Walmart chicken is better. CLOSE SHOP!!! The review makes you chose a star.. that's the only reason they got one.
Ordered through Doordash. Had 2 orders now cancelled by the restaurant. Food is okay but not good enough to go through the trouble of dealing with them. And of course you can't call anyone there since I believe it is owned by Chili's.
Wish I could give zero stars! We ordered boneless wings and there was barely any sauce on them. Ordered the smoked grilled wings and they were fried so hard you couldn’t eat them. One set of wings was supposed to be mango habanero but they had Buffalo sauce. Ordered a side of fries and a side of extra sauce and didn’t receive either. Tried calling and of course you can’t talk to anyone. Tried calling Chili’s 10 times and nobody ever picked up the phone. Waste of money.
I’m not sure why there’s only 1 star reviews here. We ordered tonight through Uber Eats and it was pretty good. We got 44 wings: Mango Habanero, Apple BBQ, Honey Chipotle, and Spicy Pineapple Teriyaki. All of them were good. The fries were a bit soggy by the time they got to us.I do have a problem with the delivery fee changing. It was $3.99 on my phone, my husband placed the order on his phone and it went to $10.99. I checked on my phone to confirm it was the same place and it had changed to $12. Later when I went to see what the name of the wings were we got, it was back to $3.99.
I had wings from here last night. Please save your time and money! The wings were edible… but not really worth eating. They tasted store bought and all the bones were cracked inside, I don’t get it…. I ordered extra sauce on the side and it wasn’t even half full. Walmart food department wings even tasted better than these. 2 stars because it was made pretty quickly, no long wait. When Chili's has to hide behind another name you know something is wrong. Ordered on Google and they lost my order. Finally went in to see what the problem was and my order had been sitting there for 30 minutes, now cold. Would not recommend.
I bought food there on a Sunday morning about 11:10am when they opened. I spent 42.00 and some change of reheated wings from the day before. You could tell thwy were old wings only they added was the sauce. This was my first and last time buying for there. When people spend their money they want what they order, not reheated food. I will NEVER buy wings there again
Ordered via DoorDash. A dasher took off with my food and instead of remaking it and sending it with the next dasher that arrived to pick it up and was there waiting, it's just wings was too lazy to remake the order and even caused a fuss with the new dasher that was trying to help. This was supposed to be my daughter's birthday dinner. Thanks for ruining my daughter's birthday meal! Tried to call and of course nobody answered the phone, called the chilis and nobody is answering there either! It's just wings is located inside the chilis. I've never been so disappointed!
