Plenty of parking. Short line. Quick service. Love the fries and vanilla shake. The burgers are good too. Staff were friendly and attentive. The location was apparently experiencing significant issues with the HVAC — since they were using portable industrial strength A/C units near the doors to restaurant to help maintain cooler air.
My favorite burger place! If you are gluten, dairy, egg & soy free, then this is the place for you! I always have the lettuce wrapped double burger with grilled onions and mushrooms. So delicious and juicy even without cheese or mayonnaise (when I forget to bring my own?) Satisfying even without fries, but who can say no to their fries? Lol, not me? I only took off a star for the prices which of course are inflated as everything & everywhere else. For me, someone with many food allergies & sensitivities, Five Guys is a wonderful eating out option!!
If I could give them a negative zero on today I would have. I’m not sure what was going on today but our burgers were wrong & the worker was frustrated that she didn’t have any help. I mean if you don’t want to work please give someone else your job. The customer service skills were a mess! The black guy that was on the register apologized to us and was the only one with some actual good customer service skills & he didn’t even owe us an apology it was the workers that were out of line, one of them were very rude. Eventually, the store got close today due to them being frustrated & we had to unlock the doors to get out after we finished our food.
I don't recommend Five Guys ANYWHERE anymore. It cost my husband and I $32 for 2 burgers...1 small hamburger & 1 small bacon cheeseburger with 1 regular (smallest fries) & 2 regular drinks. TOO PRICY FOR A NOISY FAST FOOD BURGER JOINT!!!
Poor service from the general manager on down! I never rate this low, but when the service is bad I won’t be back! I called in an order of almost $50 for 3 burgers and fries and asked for specific instructions. Right before the guy hung up I heard a rude female in the background saying we can’t make the sandwich the way I asked. I bagged in and watched the interaction with staff. They seemed upset, so I walked in and as soon as I walked in that same female asked, “ are you Leslie.” No welcome at all just rude and disrespectful. I said yes and the general manager told me he wouldn’t accommodate my order. He said, “we don’t separate anything, but you can,” and proceeded to try to charge me for a paper bowl. I told him I shouldn’t have to pay anything extra, because they didn’t follow instructions. I also let him know I felt offended and for a customer to pay over 10$ on a double cheeseburger you would think they would try to be nice. He never apologized or addressed my Dissatisfaction! I told him since the burgers were not made correctly, I wanted a refund for 2 and I’ll keep one and fries. This GENERAL MANAGER TOLD ME ILL REFUND ALL NOT SOME! The AUDACITY!!!! I told him since he doesn’t care about me as a customer; I didn’t want anything and left! I’ll never send anyone to this location again! He’s a poor manager and his staff has his awful spirit!
Five Guys is a great place to eat. Munching on peanuts is fun while waiting for your food. The never disappoint with the amount of fries they give you. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they are on the pricey side for me. Maybe I'm cheap. Individual results may vary.
Awesome burgers and fries. Tried the cheeseburger with everything on it and the Cajun fries. Burger is really good, cooked perfectly and the toppings are great too. You also get an extra helping of fries in the bag. Service is excellent. Price is on the higher side. However if you love burgers you're going to love Five Guys.
I went on 4/9/22 at 9:36pm and it was very easy to order. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and my sandwich had NO bacon on it. When I brought this to your attention you told me, "We ran out of bacon, but we're cooking some right now." Were you hoping I would just grab my bag and go home without checking it??? Your little Cajun fry is straight garbage, because that's exactly where I threw it. Is Cajun code for burnt? Almost $20 for this is insane, because I would have to be insane to go back. The taste of my corrected bacon cheeseburger got you your extra star.
The food and customer service was great! However I was charged $26 for a single cheese burger, fries, and small shake. That's highway robbery. Inwhich I won't give my business too again.
One of the worst burgers I've ever had from there. It was missing toppings, drowned in way too much mayo, fries were soggy. Quality has fallen so far down, I won't ever go back.
