This location (460 Church Road) always makes my orders correctly and it’s always hot and fresh.
Horrible customer service!! My food was over cooked and the manager was so rude about fixing their mess up Smdh!
After waiting in my car for almost 10 minutes for them to bring my order to me, I went in. Every employee was just standing there! Doing nothing! Your losing money with this crew because I will use the free pizza coupon.
There was a hair baked into my Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich from here. When I contacted the store, the associate initially told me they could not refund me unless I went through the online portal (which I had already attempted with no success) after going back and forth, they finally refunded me without an apology or acknowledgment of the terrible experience. Definitely will not order from here again!
Everything is always wonderful! I get delivery and it is always fast and hot upon arrival. When I have done carryout or used the amazing drive through it has always been pleasant.
Oredered a pizza delievery and it never came. Called up there and the driver said he knocked on my door 4 times and then left it on the ground. I use the two minute away option on my app that let me know they're close to delievery (plus Im in the front room by the door the whole time!!). Called up there and they took his side, then had to drive up there for them to have my pizza. Not to mention I paid extra for delivery and tip. This is last time going here!!
Staff & drivers at this location are always really friendly pizza and all food is always piping hot!
I don’t usually come to this location but were headed somewhere and decided to pick up dinner. I ordered from the app. When done, was instructed to go to the door and an employee would meet me and hand me my order. It was ready pretty quickly, so my husband went to the door. A sign said to go to the drive thru. We double checked the app and my husband went back to the door. He asked an employee for his order and was told no. He was told he had to go through the drive thru even though the order was right there where he could see it. The line for the drive they was around the entire building. We waited in that line for another 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window, it took one minute for the employee to turn around and hand us our order. After we got it we again asked why we couldn’t just get it at the door like the app told us. The lost looks of the employees said it all. They didn’t give a care about good service. They didn’t care that our time was wasted and with us taking up space in line that put other peoples orders even further back. Work smarter!!
Buying their wings is pointless. You pay for them to be covered fully. Yet here you get a drizzle of it and that's it. If these are the corners they keep cutting then at this point I cannot trust you.
Ordered pizzas for my team at work, and the food was amazing, the service was great, and they completed it in a timely manner. Will definitely use them for my future orders.
