First of all I don't understand why I have to get all my deliveries from the store that's NOT the closest to me in southaven. Horn Lake Mississippi has The WORST customer service. I have had to get so many reorders from them that I don't even bother to place a delivery order I carry out so I can go to the store this Closer by me that have better service in Southaven. LAST STRAW have learned my lesson after placing a delivery one day and wondering where was my pizza over an hour due only to be told that there was a three-hour wait when it only said 1 hour poor service in Horn Lake Mississippi. I literally hate that store
Love getting food from here. Great employees. Love using the online ordering and the tracker to tell me it's ready for pickup. Today's order was great. Only one complaint-Only got 6 wings and I ordered the 8 PC. I did pay for 8 per the ticketv as well.Sharon

Pizza rushed together. Wings not tossed and barely cooked past a lawsuit. Lazy and rude. That's why I quit going to domino's. Papa John's and Pizza hut!!!!
The location in Southaven on Rasco and 51 Rocks!! Pizza is always hot and fresh and is most of the time ready before the estimated time of 15 to 20 mins. Everyone at this location has so far been friendly! I didn’t come to Domino’s for years due to bad experience at a different location. But, I’m happy to be back !! Keep it up !!

Love the drive through at this location so I don't have to go inside, i know it sounds lazy but whatever. Also the pizza here is GREAT love the classic dominos style!
I ordered a pizza and the delivery was well overdue. I called and spoke to (Drake sp) and asked about delivery time and was told that the driver attempted to deliver but nobody answered. I told him that I was available and that nobody came to my room. He immediately took a stance of me being disrespectful & hung up on me - multiple times - after my four call backs. I’m own a business of my own and to think that one of my employees would be so disrespectful to clients would be extremely alarming. If Dominos wants to defend his guy is compelling. They are far out of touch with building customer relations and recurring business.
