Employees are lazy and ...... They are telling people that it's going to be a 15-20 minutes wait because of shift change. If you go back 30 minutes later, someone will say a shift change is in process and there will be a 15-20 minutes wait. The person who owns the Dixie Queen on Stateline Road, Southaven Ms needs to do some firing and hiring.
I pulled up in the drive thu to order food for myself and co-workers they weren’t in the middle of a shift change at 11:30by the time I looked at the clock again it was 12:30 and still no body taking orders how long does it take to change shifts very disappointed at less 10 car pulled off if I ran a restaurant like this I would of lost my job and guests u come to a place to order and get back to work not to set in line
Cashier was nice and professional. We had hot dogs, double cheese burgers, fries,parfait,ice cream cups. Everything was fresh and delicious.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I’ve been to this Dixie Queen THREE TIMES in the last 30 days and every time I’ve left with no food. Either the card machine isn’t working, you gotta have EXACT change, or the speaker is broken (no sign to let people know it’s not working). All this money Dixie Queen makes there’s no excuse. Do better!
Don't go there they changed me for drinks even though I ordered 2 combos and the menu said all combos come with fries and a drink the food was nasty bacon tasted like it was 4 days old I got sick right after eating it I would not suggest going there I'd give it less than one star if I could
This particular night there was only one person working. She got there at midnight. When she got there the crew before her wasn’t there and to make matters worse they left a towel in the door so she can get in. Terrible place. But she was nice and the food was fresh and good.
My daughter wasn't feeling well and she needed something cold like a shake but we got her a butterfinger ice cream and I'd bday she enjoyed it.
This place has great food, hot wings, hamburgers,ice cream etc. The waitress is very nice . If you want a good homemade burger and fries season or regular, this is a good spot the prices are great.
Tonight I pulled up before 11 when I finally got to the speaker some lady tells me the manager comes in at midnight so I drive back in line after waiting like an hour the second I drove back around I was waiting still for like 45 mins just for them to tell me we closed I ain’t never waisted so much time in my life in a drive through.
If you're coming to this Dixie Queen, please be prepared to wait. This Dixie Queen is not fast food, but it is good food. The burgers were delicious and so were the prize but let me tell you where they blessed me. I ordered the humdinger, and it was three times the size that I was expecting oh, and it was so delicious. The the downside to this Dixie Queen was again it was a long wait and the person who was helping us obviously have had a rough day because he was talkin to us more Stern that I really appreciate it for the fact that I was spending my money and since I'm not from the area I'm not familiar with the store policies and such. Like you can't add on anything at the window.
