Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. They took 108 days to come to the mic, although while waiting I saw they didn’t have my order available. I pulled around to let them know that I wasn’t ordering, although when I came to the window they stood thru it and stared, then visibly tried to hide from my sight. I suppose they thought I was trying to bypass the wait and order at the window, but I was trying to let them know I was not placing an order and to have a nice day. I was also 1 of 2 cars. It’s unfortunate that the customer service is so poor, although granted it is employed by teenagers who probably couldn’t pass the Chick-Fil-La interview hospitality check. The wait is also awful. Unless you don’t have somewhere to be on time, you’re better off eating at home.
The little ratchet girl who takes orders over night needs to humble herself and learn some customer service and kindness. Baby it ain't my fault you hate your life and basic job at Dixie queen. Idk where they find these folks but geez. Definitely will not return for a while. Maybe she be gone next time I go. I know people like her don't hold one job down for too long before it's off to the next dead end job that makes them hate their life and every one they encounter.
This Dixie Queen is horrible - when you place the order they rudely say what’s next - what’s next- with the nastiest Customer Service I have ever witnessed. Whoever owns this restaurant need to invest in customer service management. Because y’all are horrible… And fix them 3 feet deep potholes in the drive through! Be very careful.
The employee knew the ice cream wasn't ready to serve. After sitting in line 30 minutes, I took the cone and drove off. I made it to the exit drive way, attempted to take my first luck and all the cream fell in my lap.
The worst customer service ever! the person who takes the payment did not give a receipt. After i drove off from window, I realized I did not get my drink. Of course the door was locked therefore, you have to get back in a long line. I walk up to the window to inquire. She advised me that I did not pay for it. I asked her how do I know that when she did not give a receipt. All she had to to is give me what I asked for, I have no problem paying for what I want. Her diction was at a 3rd grade level. It's terrible young adults can't speak as they should.
I love this place. Little expensive though. I have one two minutes away but will drive to this one because of customer service and menu availability
The clerk was nice and need little more training on how to answer the speaker. PLEASE DON'T just say Go ahead with your order. Once I complete my order she then say Ok pull around. Didn't give me a total. The food was hot and fresh. I will be back.
I asked for honey hot with my 10pc wing combo fries were Luke warm and it wasn't honey hot , instead of telling they didn't have it they pulled a fast one and tried mixing hot and honey gold that don't equal honey hot by any means
I went last Saturday night. The staff was so nice, super friendly. The food was definitely better than McDonald's.
While the wait is a little long in the drive-through, the food is cooked fresh and a good portion size.
