I used to love the chipotle where I used to live. This one in Southaven is hit or miss. My order is sometimes correct. There doesn’t seem to be a standard amount, sometimes I get a lot, other times a little bit. I usually order through the app and it estimates my pick up time for orders, which is almost always incorrect. It can be another ten minutes or more before my order is actually ready. Seems like a very young staff, most are just learning work ethics, so I don’t blame them.
Whoever is running the night shift seriously needs to lose their job. I am a chipotle fanatic, and I love eating here, but I can't help but notice that every time I order food late at night the food is disgusting and not fit to eat. I received a bowl that was 90% CHEESE? The chicken was undercooked completely and there was rice that didn't even taste like it had been boiled. It's getting worse than it's been before and clearly it's a matter of the management, because they are in control of the quality of the food that is being put out. They definitely need to train their employees better.
NASTY atmosphere ! cross contamination at its finest, they can't wrap a burrito as it more looks like a baseball, nasty bathrooms, RUDE service ! I've given them several chances since they've opened and I'm so done ! tables are wiped down with dirty rags , managers dont care , employees dont care and they laugh when someone complains. Every single table inside and out are ALWAYS dirty! The manager said *we been busy all day* I said no sir! I been in food business my entire life .. that is just LAZY all day! They also never clean the grill. yep... not going back ... health department will be though.
Don’t waste your time I paid almost 15 dollars for my bowl to include extra meat and ended up getting slop with a few pieces of lettuce. This is the worst chipotle anywhere. I wish I could give it a zero. None of the Chipotle franchises will ever get another dime from me!!!
I ordered for 5. Out of the 5 orders 4 were mostly correct and 1 was totally wrong. The workers were polite and on time, however they overpacked one of the bags they gave me and it tore when I got out of the vehicle. I was able to save the food before it hit the ground so no harm no foul there. The biggest issue was the receipt did not match what was served.
Never fully stock for service. I prefer to go to this location but each time I come, they are always out of the bell peppers and onions as well as others. So, I go to the Union location in memphis were service is better. I would go more but options are few.
Please skip this Southaven location. I'm not a huge fan anyway but my wife and kids love it. On arrival the lobby was disgusting and the back service area was equally nasty. The ice machine didn't work and the staff was zero friendly. Will not be back ever.
My order was takeout. The shredded beef was so salty, I could not eat it. Tried to inform the store manager; however my calls kept being discounted. Chipotle is usually great. So sad about this location.
The Chipotle on Goodman and Airways is a more recently constructed on and the service, , since day one is not good. If you have eaten at Chipotle before the first thing you will notice is how much less they offer in toppings, and the drive thru service is very slow...
I love Chipotle, but this location constantly messes up orders. This time I got meat in my bowl instead of plant-based chorizo! Needless to say say, I couldn’t eat it!!
