The food and service was great. A few of the guests were unruly, but that's not the restaurant's fault. Our server was an old friend from high school and he treated us amazing. It was nice to catch up with him and talk to the other friendly workers.
I placed an online order to go and never received. My debit card was charged for the order. I spoke with a team member and was told senior management would be contacting me but haven’t heard from anyone. I have made several attempts to speak with someone via telephone but to no avail. I’m asking for someone to help and give me a call so I can be refunded. Thanks
I do not recommend coming here. I am currently here and this will be my last time. We are having horrible service, order was put in wrong and the edges of my burger taste burnt. I am done with Chili’s.
?OUR SERVER WAS VERY GOOD!? BUT the food was, no, it felt gooey like reheated leftovers. My salad had soooooo much dressing, it was inedible.The restaurant smelled a little off putting when we walked in, smelled like someone used the same mop water from a week ago. Why we went ahead and ate there, I'm not sure. I want to say ALL OUR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. The quality of food and cleanliness is my issue.?
Hadn't been to Chili's in forever, so decided to give them a shot since we love their chips and salsa. Checked in with the hostess and was told the wait would be 20-30 minutes. We weren't in a rush so that was fine. We took a seat outside to wait.. We checked on around 3:38. When though she said 30 minutes wait, I waited until an hour had passed before I went in to ask about our table. Go in and the young lady says that she suggests we go somewhere else because they only have one server. At first, I was like no I'm not going anywhere else because I have already waited here for an hour and I asked how long would the additional wait be. I couldn't be given an estimate. And said they knew at 4 that there would be additional wait time. I asked why weren't the current people on the wait list notified of the additional wait time? Couldn't get an answer on that. Had I not gone in there to ask, I would still be sitting there waiting. I understand about them being short staffed, but it was the lack of communication about the additional wait and the disregard for my time that I didn't appreciate. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Do better Chili's
I couldn't give NO stars. If I could I would!!! My food was cold, lack of meat, a whole lot of imitation cheese, the food was nasty. The only thing good was the cheddar bites. Left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Best chilis location hands down. Seated promptly. Food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. A very enjoyable experience from beginning to end.
I had two simple orders. I was told it would be ready by 0833 to 0838. My order was not ready and I had to go inside to get my order. It wasn't ready until 0852 and it seemed like the young ladies at the counter, appeared not to care when I received my order. Food somehow was still not hot.... So disappointed, didn't even take ? pictures yo.....Come On Chili's, you can do better yo.....
