I asked Dar for her real name to give her a positive review but, she was acting very weird about it, but other than that she has good customer service but she has no personality whatsoever lol!!!!!!
Worst Chick-fil-A in the area.Food is mediocre, not up to same standard as other stores.Not as fresh? Cooking temp off a few degrees? Not sure exactly what it is.Order is off a quarter of the time(wrong drink,missing sauce, etc). Never big stuff but still not what I asked for.Staff is actually great. Very polite, friendly, professional.Some extra attention to details would get this location the last 10%.As of this review, I'll not be coming back to this location.The place isn't bad. But I can get to other locations just as easy and their just a bit better. I wouldn't refuse to go here though if I was out with friends.
Always great! They also don't promote ridiculous things non stop. CHICK-FIL-A is the best food business there is. I will never think any different
They are very fast, friendly and efficient. We have multiple Chick-fil-A’s in the area but this by far my favorite!!! Easy to get in and out of the parking lot as well.
Probably the best Chick-fil-A in the Memphis area. They always seem to forget one of our items, but that's understandable with how much volume they do.
Shout out to the manager Aaron and his night crew at the chick fil a on Getwell!! We had difficulties with our online order tonight and the app completely canceled my entire order and it was a large order. We got here before they closed and sat in the drive thru line waiting to ask if maybe the order went through and it did not. Aaron the manager, hopefully he is the manager, had us pull over to curbside and double checked inside to see if our order was in there and when he found out it wasn’t, he took our order at curbside, even though it was closed, and had it brought out to our car just so we didn’t have to sit in line all over again. Aaron was AWESOME and his night crew were AWESOME as well!!! Thank you for helping us out and making sure we were taken care of!!!
This location stays busy... But the inside just doesn't seem to flow as smooth as others. The food was fresh but it just takes so long when going inside.
Told to pull over to the side bc my food had one more minute. Waited 10 min. No one was running food to the Cars. Called and the MANAGER told me they couldn’t see my order. I left ! This is not the first time this location has done this to me.
3 different Chic-fil-a in 3 months and still have not got to enjoy a sandwich. I am attaching photos to show this looks like a floured fillet on what was supposed to be a gluten free sandwich. I gave it away and scrambled me some eggs.
I still think that all fast food restaurants need to take an ethics class from here and their customer service would be better. Employees here are so politely, most of all the service system is well designed and efficient. Top that off with great food is a winning concept!
