Dude what is going on with this location? Worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. The person taking the order was short, snappy, rude and sounded like a McDonald’s employee.Once we got to the window the tots with breakfast tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a couple of hours, the drinks were wrong and frankly I’d recommend the manager hires a completely new staff.Corporate should be notified. They’re running this place like a dumpster fire.

I have never written a bad review for a Chick-Fila so this is my first. One of the young men, women, I’m not sure what to call this person but it was putting food in bags and had on a long wig with braids. All the braids were tied back with a huge bow except two long braids that were tangling down almost to this person’s waist. This person would play with the braids hanging down in between preparing the food orders. I said something to the manager and he didn’t respond to me. Pretty much ignored me. At one point the manager was standing right next to this person and I said, “See, he is playing with his braids again.” The manager mumbled something to the worker. The manager never said a word to me about this persons behavior, no apology, nothing. I’ll never visit this establishment again. I wish I had taken pictures but I was too upset to think to take any

Henrietta was hard worker and sweet. One lady was not nice...Dixie? She accosted me saying I couldn't sit at booth that opened up but I reminded her I only ordered to go since place was full. Delicious food as always.

Dine in area is closed but you can pickup inside. Not made aware that dining area is closed until parking and having to walk to the other side of the building to actually get in and 80% of parking is for curbside orders, but the app doesn’t allow a curbside option. First time I have ever been disappointed at a chick fil a. We took our business elsewhere.

I ordered jelly and honey with my breakfast this morning and got Polynesian sauce.:-(when I pulled up to the window, no one even addressed me, I just sat and waited while workers turned their backs towards me. They didn't even make my coffee right, usually they put more cream in it.After everything I said thank you to the worker, and she didn't even say my pleasure. I mean it's ok for a fast food experience. I just expect more from Chick-fil-A especially since they don't come out to the parked places for curbside any more and I hadto wait about 20 minutes. I guess I should have done pick up. But I wonder how long it would sit in the to-go area. I thought for some reason if I went through the line it would be fresh and the peoplewould be nice to me.By the time I purchased 2 biscuits, 2 chicken minis, and 2 iced coffees. I ended up spending 22 dollars, which is fine, but Imy budget always gets drained by the end of the month so at this point every dollar counts. I'm sure I could have purchased something similar at another store for a lower price, and I really wanted to trythe chicken minis with honey or jelly, I have never had them before, and I thought a big part of it was dipping them in something. The chicken fillet (which is the “restaurant’s” name sake’) on my biscuit was so small, and underwhelming, I have definitely been more impressed in the past with the size of the poultry compared to the biscuit or bun in the past. Is it shrinkflation?I already know Chick-fil-A doesn't find myexperiences pleasurable anymore. Leave it toChick-fil-A to painfully compare to my personal life. Maybe I'm wrong. maybe I'm being a Karen. Maybe this is too long or a rant and no one will read this. I don't care.

My experience on this evening was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After attending a training sponsored by Chick-fil-A on last week on 5 Star Customer Service for my current corporate job I can say I received 0 customer service. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes and receiving the wrong order twice, I was told by an employee in her words, “you are a difficult customer.” How can I be difficult when I’m receiving someone else’s order after I paid for mine. Maybe tonight was just a bad experience but I would highly recommend that all staff needs to be spoken to regarding customer service and remembering, “it’s my pleasure.” Totally unsatisfied and will not be visiting this location anytime soon!

Customer service is not up to the Chick-fil-A standard. Had an employee tell me I looked like a Mexican female gangster on one visit. And I had the soggiest lettuce ever on my Cobb salad on another visit. There are other incidents but I frequent because it’s closer to my home. Looks like I’ll travel back down the road to the OB location. Same owners, different service overall

Truthfully, the worst Chick-fil-A we've ever been to. We are from out of town so perhaps we had high standards. The parking was terrible, unless you were doing order pickup. There was only 1 entrance available, on the opposite side of the available parking and through lots of drive thru congestion (100% unsafe for children). Half of the inside was closed down. Staff kept going through the inside order lane area (extremely small) to take out bags, when they could have just went behind the cashiers. Two out of three of our chicken sandwiches were not tender at all (has never happened before?). Staff was ok, but not standard CFA politeness.Would recommend searching out another one if you're from out of town.

Disappointed in this resturant for several reason. Food was not hot or fresh. I had to take my order back to the window twice to get it corrected. When I gave my order to the guy who take the orders. I noticed I had order the regular chicken sandwich so I called him back to my car and told him I would like to correct my order to a deluxe chicken sandwich. He walked off saying okay but when I made it around to collect my receipt the order was not changed and I seen him turning in his orange vest to go home. Poorly customer service. I then told the young lady in the booth that the order was wrong and she stated she was going to correct it but got to the window neither one of the two sandwiches was corrected. The lady at the window took the food back and corrected only one of the two sandwiches. I then had to walk the wrong sandwich up to the drive- thru window to have it corrected. The young lady at the window finally got my order corrected. A lot of time wasted.
