The lobby is sometimes closed at the establishment. The drive thru service was quick but check your food before driving off. I had a rude server at the window because she had my drinks wrong and I ask for the right ones.
Came to this location and i can say one of the worst Burger Kings i have been to. The young lady La’Tareion made sure my customer service experience was going to be 1 star or lower. She was rude. She walked away from the window and told me i couldn’t use my rewards at the location. After her walking away basically Mocking me when her manager showed up she still acted rude the manager tried to make things right but i was afraid to get my food. These young people if you don’t want a job or just to give the customer service you should be give to respectful customers, you just need to stay at home. If this were your business and you acted as such you wouldn’t have any returning customers. To the owner i think you need to send secret shoppers to your location and see how they are being treated. Good wasn’t even fresh as long as i waited trying to get my order right. So this is a location to skip if you can find one closer. When i told them i was going to do a review they basically didn’t want to help me any further once i toldThem is was going to be an honest one.
This store is always on point. food always hot and good. i love the team there.
Burgers king getting better with service making my food really fast they only take 12 minutes of waiting
They’re literally taking 30 mins per order at this location. The employees did not seem like they were coordinating with each other at all because I had 2 different employees asking me about my order. One even forgot that she didn’t give me my drink and had to ask me if she gave me my drink or not. I haven’t even tried the food yet but I already know I’m not going to be satisfied because it literally took me 40 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches here. Saw atleast 5 cars drive away from the drive thru line behind me because this location was taking so long per order. Losing a lot of business and the worst part is, I saw 3-4 employees working in there so I don’t even know what was taking them so long
We pulled up and she said hold on we waited and waited for like 10 min, the was good though.
Only thing I've ever had here that's good are the chicken fries, also I believe they had like Cheeto chicken fries for a while too but their gone I believe.

This is the best Burger King, I have ever ate at. My bread and food is always fresh. My fries always hot and crispy. Yum! I go everytime I visit Southaven.
I usually come through 3 times a week regular crew not there. Had the rudest short African American lady yelling and hollering. Didn’t say what window to go to, no one at first window she yells I must back up. I said no one was there she yelled you have to be patient . I asked her not to yell at me and she threw my debit card at me, went under my car and said leave. She refused to serve me. I moved forward knock on window asked for mgr per this person she was manager and refused to give me her name! The usual ladies there are awesome this person was not!
