Ordered delivery a medium pizza with extra cheese, mushrooms, and jalapeños 2 canollies and asked specifically for the red pepper and sprinkle cheese for topings after an hour got my order without extra cheese or mushrooms and no sprinkle on toppings. I called back was assured another pizza would be delivered and again I asked for the sprinkle on topings the pizza arrived as ordered this time without the toppings and I tried calling back all 3 times put on hold. So if I was using a cheaper pizza place I'd let it go but for 30 dollars for 20 dollars for a medium pizza I'd at least expect to get the order right the second time.
Today was my first visit here and the customer service is not good. No one greeted us when we arrived. We waited forever for someone to come and place our order. After we placed the order for the appetizer, they were constantly rushing us to place another order but haven't even received our appetizer yet. I had to ask for another refill cause no one thought to ask. And after all that time waiting to place an order, they fixed our pizza wrong and now we have to wait another 45 minutes just to eat. Then then manager told us since we had to wait so long that our desserts would be free. Didn't get that dessert at all. I will not be returning....
The food is almost always good and we really enjoy that aspect of it, however, the service is almost non existent. We just sat for 20 minutes before our order was taken and half the restaurant is empty. It's been like this for awhile now and getting worse. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but there are at least 10 employees here. Please do better.
Only giving one star because I can't give less. We ordered and waited over 45 minutes. After asking about our food, we were told they were too busy with deliveries, and our food was never ordered. Do not recommend.
The cheese pizza is delicious.The lasagna and chicken Alfredo is delicious. The cheesecake is delicious. And best of all they deliver !!!
My family and I love Avellino's. We usually eat there at least once or twice per month. However, since Covid reared it's ugly head, the service remained great, but the food quality has gone down. We've noticed that every time we go now our food becomes less amazing with each visit. I need Avellino's to be AVELLINO'S again.
Have dined here many times and unfortunately it's hit or miss. Sometimes delectable, sometimes sub par.

I always order from them all the time they always get the order right never had any problems. The food is awesome and and I really like the daily specials. That is reason I went in today because Saturday and you can buy one appetizers and get the other free. So I walked in and I immediately felt like I didn't belong but I said down and and I ordered my food. So I ordered chicken alfredo and toasted raviolis the waitress doesn't offer the free so I wasn't worried about it. I thought it kind of odd that everyone else has got the free appetizer but me. Customer service was okay and the food was good as always but from now on I will always order my food and not sit in.
Great pizza. Been awhile and they are still good. The Supreme pizza is fire
