The food is good but the phone customer service is absolutely terrible. They never answer the phone and when they do decide to answer, they put you on hold for over 15 min. I've been there picking up food and seen them take the phone off the hook and just leave it to avoid calls.
The service is HORRIBLE.... They NEVER answer the phone and when I got inside there weren't any customers being waited on, I watched the young lady walk pass the phone while it was ringing. This has happened on more than one occasion, some people are on their lunch break trying to support the business. The young lady at the counter has absolutely NO customer service skills, the people in the back were using profanity and speaking very loud were the customers can hear. It didn't bother me personally but all customers will not be able to overlook it as I did. The food is Awesome that's what keep me coming.
I spent 40 minutes trying to contact them to call in an order, the phone was busy for 55 calls, rang 3 times, just for the child to tell me that it'll be 30 minutes for my order to be ready and I'M OUTSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT!!!! I drove on the highway wanting to place my order so it'll be ready when I got here but now I'm waiting outside for 30 minutes to pay them $39. They've gotta do better. I just drove from Collierville THE ENTIRE TIME TRYING TO CALL THIS PLACE!!!! When I mentioned the phone being busy for 30 minutes to the child that answered the phone, she laughed. This isn't a laughing matter, I really should've just bypassed them. For me, if I could it would be zero stars today!!!!
My sister and I decided to go get lunch at 901 wings today. We checked the orders and as my sister was telling the cashier what the problem was the young lady in the back ask what happened. The cashier told the young lady what happened so her not knowing I was still in the restaurant she blurted out "THEY IN THE MF BAG IF SHE CHECKED IT". We have been coming to 901 for years. These young people don't have customer service skills at all.
Been coming to 901 wings (Southaven) faithfully but to the young lady in the kitchen with the thin braids before calling a customer out of their name and playing around people food, make sure the order is correct and the whole team is together!! Thanks! Very disappointed

Young people running the place. So rude and unprofessional. I called to order she left me on hold 15 mins and hung up. I get to the place to order she tells me 20 minutes and I waited 30 mins. I also told her Coke and regular fries she gives me a Sprite and seasoned. Im so disappointed in this place. Ghetto and unprofessional for sure!
Food is delicious but they need to do better with customer service as far as answering the phone called multiple times and never got an answer
I went there and purchased a twenty piece party wing sauce was so thick and the wings were dark inside this is a bad deal my money went down the drain with this purchase if wanted barbecue sauce I could have went next door to interstate barbecue
