Second time I’ve ordered online been 2 hours waiting on food. Call the store just to see what happened. I get attitude over the phone, so I politely asked “am I still getting my food” and get “yeah we workin on it” and the phone hangs up. Not sure who the owner of this particular franchise is but definitely need to re-staff. I realize COVID has had employees quitting but there has gotta be some accountability if you are going to run a business.

Months ago I got off work late year in October I ordered thighs I ordered them before clocking out and when I got there and waited a fckin hour they hadn't even started on my food was sum white lady there with a Bob taking orders and I told her to CANCEL my order because at that point I had no time to eat the food. She kept persisting that I wait since he had FINALLY started cooking my wings and I said no! So when I asked her if I needed to put my card in for her to return the money she said no its canceled already.Even tho I didn't see her type much on the a screen months later I still never got my money back and I never went back to that place. I understand ppl are short staffed I've worked retail and customer service jobs. But they need to do better on time

This deserves 0 stars. Worst service, not in a rush, could care less if they even serve you, if you order it’s even worse, rude, disrespectful, and just overall worst experience I’ve had at any wing stop I’ve ever been at. If there is a owner or manager they should be ashamed of this location. Honestly I’ve been to a lot of places but this has to be one of the worst I’ve ever been too. I hate writing bad reviews but wow… just wowAnd yeah they won’t let me post this so I hope people see it someday

Make the drive to the Jackson location or don't even order at all.They don't answer the phones (or I wouldn't be posting but I've called since Saturday night and had Doordash call as well to no answer), staffs overwhelmed so they end up being rude & taking too much time so foods never good quality at this one.I almost never came back after the first time but the owner swore it'd get better. I've tried it 3 more times since and it never did get better.Also, pretty sure ya'll got mold/mildew in your drink machine as the Sprite tasted like I sucked soda water out of a towel that had been wet for 8 weeks. I wish I could have captured the smell/taste of that drink and left it as a video/picture to upload.As someone who is SEVERELY allergic to mold/mildew this made me deathly ill from just a SIP.If this location is that understaffed & struggling, maybe it's time to close it's doors...

This location is horrible!!!! Why are the Cajun wings soooooo wet, fries under seasoned, & ranch containers half way filled for a 10 piece !!!! Do not recommend the Ridgeland location! Jackson parking is horrible but much better compared to this BS!!! I don’t care how short staffed a location is poor food handling is no excuse. Prepare food as if you were spending your hard earn dollar about to eat.

Folks dont come here. The management here is awful and greedy. You have a skeleton crew at a busy restaurant and wonder how waits regularly get to 2-3 hours. Feel sorry for the workers here.

For the love of god and everything holy do NOT come to this restaurant. Placed an online order for pick up at 5:30 at around 4:15 ish. Show up at 5:30 and stood around waiting for an hour and half. Door dash people were clearly more important than the friggin 10 + people standing in the store waiting for service. Staff were less than cordial and mumbled at best when announcing an order. I’m not one complain much and pride myself on being patient when receiving service from a business that was clearly understaffed. I get that, not taking anything away from the fact that there was a sign in the front begging for help BUT……quit putting profits over customer service. Add more fryers….hire more people, or prioritize your customer. Something!On the upside..the wings I finally got were actually good….but, not an hour and a half good and …..we were missing the ranch that we paid extra for. Wasn’t worth the query. I was just ready to get out the door….

I waited over an hour and a half for a small order. They didn’t even have half of the items I ordered and did not offer to refund the money for these items. I understand that everyone is short staffed, and I tried to be understanding. But that does not excuse poor customer service.

Don’t waste your time! Runn! Ordered 50 mins ahead then was told it would be another 30 mins on 6pc wings

Order #651923782036685112/22/2021I placed my order online and when I got my food and made it back to work which is 2 minutes away I look at my food and it had to much I mean too much lemon pepper seasoning like it was mix with grease. It was very horrible. Very very very very horrible. I tried to call them for 3 hours and they never answered the phone.
