I ordered 5 burger meals and a chicken strip meal for delivery, every burger was made wrong, no chicken meal and 5 drinks were just seltzer water. NEVER AGAIN!
I just witnessed something very disturbing and discussing. The cashier in the drive through window took a cup from a homeless person. I'm all for helping out the homeless but there are several problems wrong with this. 1) cross contamination.. she took a dirty cup to the back where our food is being prepared. 2) she didn't wash her hands and proceeded to handle food. Smh I'm discussed. What she should've done was fix him a drink with a new cup then wash her hands after giving it to him. That would've been fine but what they did tonight was straight up NASTY! The over night workers need better training on sanitation and food handling!!!!
Food was good. The level of service was very ghetto from management. She was talking loud and saying very inappropriate personal information, while on her break in the lobby. The server put my food in a bag and i told her it was for the lobby. I did not pay $16 of my hard earned dollars to hear that or get unprofessional service. Please address this complaint i am a loyal customer. Thank you.
My Daughter, husband and I visited this place when we attended my daughter's student orientation for college. The food was delicious and plentiful. The young man who took our order was funny but not alert. However, that did not take away from our experience. Good Food Whataburger!
Stopped way back to Memphis. Horrible product! My order was not even close to what was ordered! I ask for 4 ketchups got zero. The lady they came out to car acted like she hated working there. Oh yes, like every fast food restaurant in Jackson except 5 guys and Chick-Fila, their shake marching never works! Go figure!!!???
We waited in line at lest an hour or more, only to have cold food. How could the food be cold with others waiting also. We ordered online only to get to the window and no order. The night manager asked if we ordered at the right location, yes I did. She asked me to find the ordered and I did. Finally she took my phone and came back with drinks and then the food. Cold food. Very disappointing. Fact is the online system had been turned off.
I believe I visited on a bad day. It took 10 minutes for someone to ask me had I been helped after at least 3 people behind the counter looked me in my face and walked off. When someone finally asked if I had ordered, it still took about 5 minutes due to the person being in training. I felt bad because she didn't look eager to learn and it was really disturbing the whole fast food process. Once I ordered it took another 10 minutes to receive the food. I was told it was made to order, but the fries were warm, and the burger was not as warm as the fries. I do know there's a shortage of workers in the industry, but 15 minutes for food supposed to be cooked when I order & still cold??? It had a decent taste, but would have been better if the food was actually cooked to order & hot after almost 20minutes total being there. Also, it wasn't busy in the restaurant. The manager was clearly overwhelmed.
The food was ok. The fries were old, but those cinnamon rolls are always so ooey, gooey, good. They have just the right amount of icing and are always warm. When you cut them, it's like the icing in the middle as well. It's super moist!!
The spicy chicken sandwich is one of the best anywhere!
This is a great wonderful place to enjoy and wonderful food there. Great friendly customer and great hard working coworkers. They do their on task getting the rite orders out 2 da customers. Rated then 5 star all the way.. Hope soon I will there working with the people as a helping hands all the way..
