Clean and such lovely people working the counters and drive through. You can tell these people work well together and make this building a lovely place to be. Across from the swanky hotel, it's def a place to enjoy a burger and lemonade while you chill.
I asked for a receipt at the first window, however she quickly closed the window to get back on her phone. The fries are always cold and taste like cardboard. Ordered a fish sandwich that must have been cooked at the beginning of Lent.
Line gets long in Drive thru but it does move quickly. Staff is friendly. Food is good.
The food was served quickly and was well cooked but the service was a Little lackluster and it wasn't the most well kept place but it's good if you're in a rush and need to get somewhere fast
SMH … I received my order and the meat was cold and raw… I went back to get my money back and they wanted to give me a new burger. I accepted the burger ( I wasn’t planning on eating it)… the second burger was raw and cold too. The second burger was worst than the first burger. The workers are literally just handing out raw and uncooked food … THIS IS SAD and UNACCEPTABLE !!!
Other than a longer wait time which is due to staff shortage which can not be helped at this time; everything went well. Food was at the right temperature and customer service was average.
I’m really shocked for the quality of food and customer service at this location. I expected better. I pulled up at 7:30 and not one person at this location to try Wendy’s breakfast and I was thrown a bag of cold food. I tried lunch here before and it was the same. Wendy’s in downtown Brandon is the only one that seems to know what they are doing.
On a trip home to Louisiana stopped before getting on Natches Trace Pkwy their fries were overcooked!! Will not be going back. Wendys fries are God made
The Wendy’s in Jackson Miss was great! Very clean, very polite employees and my food was perfect!
