Whoever they have running this place in the last few months is a consummate professional who deserves a raise, as do all of the employees. All of employees are motivated and courteous, the line moves very efficiently, the food quality is great, and they always get my order right. This location has improved by leaps and bounds. It's now my favorite. And if you've had a bad experience in the past should give it another shot!
They got my drink wrong and had to wait in the drive-thru with a line, twice as long as before, to get it corrected. Unable to walk in to get it quickly taken care of.
I pass through Ridgeland occasionally and I usually stop at this Wendy’s while I’m out. They are always so fast and friendly-a breath of fresh air compared to customer service at most other places! Thank y’all ?
Love the breakfast biscuit with the real egg and bacon sandwich just wish the bacon wasn't over cook only @ this store

Manger has an attitude problem. When you spend money you should be treated with kindness not like you not wanted
This is not a place I will every spend my money at every. My son who has a disability went there for lunch today and was refused service because of his disability and was laugh at in his face. How could grow women do this to anyone who is disabled ?. I curse the manager and the women that did this to him, I curse that any child that is born in these women's family has the same problems that my son has. Kamara always comes back around.
We came on 12/9/21 10:30pm. Lady in the drive thru didn't even greet us, so we waited thinking they were probably busy in the kitchen (no one was in the drive thru but us). We then said hello and she gave us a pretty short response.We tried to order a salad, which they were all out of that's fine. I opted for a double bacon cheese burger and requested to add extra lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles. We see on the screen that she added onions and tomatoes, and no mustard and ketchup. We were a bit confused because we never mentioned no ketchup and mustard, so we asked her why did it say no mustard and ketchup. She just said "Look, pull up." When we got to the window, not one word from her about our order or even a greet. Just said the total, handed us our food.I didn't check it because I figured maybe it was fixed on the system. Came home and there were no onions or tomatoes on my burger, but I was charged for it. Came back the next night because I was craving the apple pecan salad, again they were sold out. That's fine, but the customer service is extremely lacking.
This is one of my favorite fast food center. Great place but my order was messed up during my last visit. Please check your order before you drive out.
I was recently at the Wendy's on the corner of Lake Harbour Drive and Old Canton Mart in Ridgeland Mississippi. When I pulled up I was not greeted at all. I sat there and no one said anything on the speaker so as soon as I asked if they were still open (which I was talking to myself) the lady on the speaker finally spoke and rudely told me to wait. Her attitude was completely horrible and unwarranted. She was very disrespectful and that needs to be handled immediately. Whoever was taking orders at 8:15 on November 27th needs to be addressed as soon as possible because THAT IS HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS!
