I don't give out 5 stars easily, but this location deserves it. I have never been to another Wendy's that runs as smoothly as this one, especially in Mississippi. The management team here understands the assignment. It's clean, the employees are friendly, my order is always ready very quickly, and the food is always hot.
Slowest drive thru worst service and cold food this was their last chance seriously it slow and God forbid you use cash they can't count.
Ever since I first went since the opening it’s been a mess. Rude service, almost warm to cold food, and the food is either over cooked or undercooked. Whatever you tell them not to add they add?. Not good for business at all.
Next time put the straws in the bag thank you:)
At the Highland Colony Parkway location, the Drive thru clerk/cashier was very rude. When I was about to ask her a question, she cut me me off saying “Everything is in the bag” and slammed the window.
The food was good. The prices were good. Customer service was good. The ambiance was nice.
At this location, the food is always fresh. I think this is the best one so far.
So, Wendy's has no problem charging you extra if you ask for extra bacon but they have no idea how to charge you less when they run out of eggs. Something is wrong with this. Either teach your employees or fix your system.
Worst of service from any Wendy’s I’ve been to. They constantly close early and when they are open they give you half full frosties.
Greatnafter church meal that was hot and fresh. The young lady at the drive through was friendly and professional!
