I tried Walk-Ons because I craved a really good burger. I searched their burger menu and thought the Stuffed Burger would satisfy my craving. The waiter was very nice. As he was taking my order I made sure that I let him know that I would like my burger well-done. My burger comes out and I pull it apart because I cannot stomach the pink meat in the middle of the burger. He takes it back with out any problem and says “yea.. that’s not well-done, even though I put it on your ticket.” So he takes it back and I wait on my new burger. So the new burger comes out… I didn’t worry about pulling it apart because I knew it was right this time. I cut Into to the burger, because it is huge. What do I see… pink meat. I’m 9months pregnant and I explained to him that I cannot eat medium cooked food and I know it’s not his fault… but I would like to pay for my drinks so that I can go, because this burger is not well-done for the second time. He asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, but I told him no because at this point my appetite is ruined and I don’t want anything else from the menu. I tipped the waiter and even thanked him for his service and understanding.
The atmosphere was right and food on point. Customer service is a 100 and the manager that was on duty was God sent!
awesomeness at its best. love the service. Trinity was great.
Wait time was 45 mins but was seated in about 25 mins or less. Food is very good and the waiter we had was very respectful and nice . This was my family’s second time there and we really enjoyed ourselves . My kids left full and highly satisfied. The lime margaritas were very good. S/O to the bartender. I highly recommend Walk-Ons
Had the Boom Boom Shrimp PoBoy this time. Really good, as usual. We also had the fried pickles..a massive plate of them. All in all, we've never been disappointed coming here!
Mother’s Day 2022… my mom and I ate here today, and I will never forget it. I had the most amazing waitress! Her name is Mia, and she provided the best service I’ve ever had during a dining-out experience. She was so helpful, polite, genuine, personable, appreciate, very attentive, etc. (even though they were swamped). She made me/us feel like we were her only table, even though she was working the whole place! The food was good, as always, but it’s Mia who made this trip one to remember! When you visit Walk-Ons Ridgeland, ask to be seated in Mia’s section, and you’ll get the same great service, I’m sure of it!
The absolute worst experience I’ve EVER had at a restaurant. This was our first and last time there. I walked out of the bathroom to the employees gathered outside the kitchen using very unprofessional, filthy language while my young daughter was with me! Then experienced an altercation at the front desk because of bad service. The employee was saying to the customer, “I ain’t your kid” and “you “best go on.” However the customers were rude as well. After all this, we hoped for an amazing meal… but it was just average. The positive side was our server Jessica was in training and she was very sweet. This was on 5/13/22 at about 4:15 before they even got busy. We had to wait 15 mins to be seated and the place was basically empty. The bill was $81 for a family of 4 and NOT even worth it. Go somewhere else for a nice family meal.
It was good. We had to wait an hour and a half to be seated and there were many vacant tables so that was very aggravating. To me it's not worth the wait. But the people we were with really wanted to eat there so we had to wait. Service was good food was good. I think there are too many other places to eat with as good or better prices so it's not somewhere I choose to go back too.
Great service..... good splash of variety. Alligator bites, stuffed bacon burger and catfish/crawfish!
Love it!!!? Bartenders in all!! Great food !! Especially the drinks
