We arrived, and sat for an hour with no drink or food. It was hardly the workers fault. There was only one person managing the entire store, and she had just got a large group of about 10, when we walked in. After realizing she was the only person. We left for another WH in town. Hope she had a better night, it looked like she was overrun.
Whats the point of having a store phone if its never answered ? Yall do realize yall are a BUSINESS…Some people like to order ahead of time, instead of waiting another 30-45 minutes on a order after they already had to drive there. This establishment NEVER answers the phone. Ig common customer service has left this generation because this isnt the only food franchise that DOESNT ANSWER THEIR PHONE

I went around midnight. I was meeting a friend there since I had just gotten off of work. It did not have a welcoming atmosphere. I feel like if I had told them 5 people were coming they would make me do a carryout order (last time I went they were only doing carryout orders). They were polite and funny. The food was really good since I was starving. They started to play inappropriate music later on, and talk aloud about someone they knew disrespectfully. I understand why, but I still do not think it was appropriate.
We left because table was dirty. It was not crowded with 6 staff working too over 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. Young lady half wiped the table, left it wet and did not wipe any amenities on the table. I asked for wipes did it my self she left went and talked with other Co workers who was loud, eating a bag of chips. I made eye contact to let her know we were waiting she continued to talk with staff who was sitting eating cookies. She then went to the music box and put money in and we left. Will NEVER go there again.
It is what you think of when you think of Waffle House, yes that includes the cooks. This also means that the food was good I liked this aspect of this. The only complaint I had it was hard to find seating for a group larger than 4.
Three times last week at 6am I was told they were not serving due to cleaning. Today no one in the building they were sitting in a bar out back. I was informed they were closed!!!!! I asked why was the door open and no closed sign……no answer. So I went to the WH on County line. Sat a few minutes and chatted w the guy mopping the floor. Was informed someone would be with me in a min. He came and told he had to go check something in the back…..Never saw him again. And they will never see me again.
Service was initially a little slow but the young lady who ended up helping me she was great all the way around five stars for her. Food not fancy but totally feeling great tasting and cooked perfectly by the grill operators. I got my food in a timely manner after they finally took my order.

Let me start off with saying, our server her was fantastic. Very sweet and paid attention to our children. The food was good, but the place was gross inside. Our table and booth was sticky. There were people throwing things on the floor in the kitchen. I watched a guys open the fridge where the food was stored and there was meat juices in the bottom of the fridge, stuff was half covered if covered at all. You could see red fluid from the meat in the fridge. I wanted to barf up the food I ate. I’m surprised we didn’t get sick eating here. Very unsanitary storage process of the food. I will never be back here for that reason. The waitress saved this from being a one star review. If I could give zero, I would. Honestly, do not waste your money here. It’s a health hazard. The parking lot was full of trash as well.
