This location is horrible. Placed a mobile order for dine in. 23 minutes from time of order until ready. Only one other guest in here so no ideas why it took so long but probably because of no staff, there were on 3 people working that I could see. The counter was closed you had to order on mobile app or use the one barely working kiosk inside. Food was horrible I trashed most of it. Soda machine was out of a lot of flavors and what they did have was flat. And please for the love of all that is holy, you’ve been out of Mexican pizzas forever now, time to take them off the drive thru, dining room menus.

Google maps says they're open until midnight. It's 10:45 and there is a cone blocking the drive thru entrance. I've been here in Mississippi 2 months and I've run into this same thing everywhere. Even in Hattiesburg. Why don't you change your hours officially with Google. I'm sitting in the parking lot watching ask these cars come and go, you eating people's time. Very unprofessional, especially from the fast food industry leaders such a taco bell....

This place has the most ignorant people working for them!!!! Nasty attitude horrible service!!!! It took everything in me not to go completely off on these young ladies, so much of everything that my son had to say momma just come on!!!! Taco Bell need to do some serious rehiring! The manager drop the ball with these young ladies!!! It’s really ridiculous, this is the second time they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS POINT GET ANOTHER DARN JOB!!!!!! The location off county line date is 05/28/2022 time is exactly 4:30 p.m

On 5/25 After awaiting in line for almost an hour. I ordered my phone with a gentalmen looked like he was in management when I made it to the window. I order $50 worth of food and before I left the speaker I asked for my order to be repeated to ms. He advised me when I made it to the window It would be repeated to me. Making it to the window a girl who looked as if she didnt know what was going on didnt repeat my order. She stated it was what I ordered but upon getting the reciept. The food was not correct. Not to mention I waited a additional 25 mins at the window and was told by the cashier my food was fresh and correct. It was NOT! Ok This same location never gets Food right and always have an attitude when your addressing your concerns about the money you’ve spent. I called this location back multiple times and all I got was a busy signal. I called this morning around 9:16 a lady who claimed to be a manager was being very rude and smart at the mouth. I requested a higher position person information and she told me I would have to call back after 5 or call back and speak with the person who was on duty lastnight who messed my food up. My statement was why would I have to wait until after 5, she explained ans said the GM was in a meeting, I kept requesting for a higher position person information, she then stated I dont know what to tell you and disconnected the phone in my face! This is the worsT consumer service Ive ever experienced with a Taco Bell before. I would like for this to be addressed correctly and in a timely manner with because at this moment. I feel as if Im not a valued consumer!

The most unprofessional establishment I've been to. No worker greeted. Stood waiting for over 10 minutes before a worker acknowledged my Door Dash delivery pickup. What was even more egregious, a Hispanic family left after no worker bothered to acknowledge them to take their payment, even after placing their order at the kiosk. The roof is leaking. Employees on the phone. The entire establishment is trash. If I could give it 0 stars or a negative rating, I would.

They don't have counters or people to take your money.everything is by app.seems likes this place what I used to love have gone down the toilet.when I came there.they was too lazy to do anything & not movated to do anything.all they said was use the machine &had an attitude.Dont go here at this taco bell.im here to tell you.you'll lose time & hope to get service.go to another taco bell location.you"ll thank me later.

Preparation was okayI have been to other Taco Bell outlets and they were tastier than this one.

Don’t expect to order food that you have to repeat 4 times, worker repeats twice, and asked to confirm order is correct on the screen and actually get what you ordered. This store is a joke and should get closed down. Says they are open online, usually they are not. Including at 6pm on a Monday. Can’t order food that you want to remove items, they will be sure to cover that food in that ingredient. Not to mention the 30 minute wait, for nachos. Attached is a picture of my nachos that I ordered with meat and cheese only. Obviously they thought this was a funny little joke.

It's open and has to be the slowest taco bell I have ever been to in my 40 years. Prepare to be in the drive through for 30 minutes. Must be dedicated and want it BAD! I'm contemplating driving off as I type but I can't give up now because the person in front of me moved...maybe theres hope....pray for me.

Don’t place a mobile order, this store is closed more than it’s open, they will lie and say they didn’t get your mobile order, and even if you get a bag of food it will almost never be what you ordered. I’ve been drug dealers more reliable.
