Awesome customer service
Have gotten my drink orders wrong on multiple occasions. Always takes a long time no matter how many people are in line
So I visited this location while visiting family in town but I was a little disappointed at how long it took for us to receive our order.From the time we got in the line to the time we received our order it was over 30 minutes. I only ordered three drinks and three breakfast sandwiches, with no modifications.A ordered that should of taken less than 5-10 minutes. The employees however were very pleasant and apologize for the wait when they brought the rest of my order out. The order was accurate and tasted great, I just would really want them to work on the speed of service.
When I tell you me and my 13yr old daughter loves this location the employees are so awesome and ready to serve the moment you walk thru the door so friendly and attentive to whatever we want or need I recommend this location to any who takes pride in getting good fast professional service,KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STARBUCKS you're killing it out here!!!
Wish I could give 0 or neg stars! The worst Starbucks experience in my life. The espresso is burnt. The cold brew was replaced with regular cold coffee. The salted cream was sour. Never go here, you will definitely end up disappointed.
The store and bathrooms are super clean, the location is fantastic. My latte was perfect. I’m autistic and I’ve sensory issues. This Starbucks was easy to access, the environment was calming and I was able to easily exit. I enjoyed my visit here. Thank you.
I was asked to hold when I pulled up to the speaker. There were 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Once all of those cars cleared they came back and asked for my order. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull back behind the yellow pole so there could cheat their service time. I did after about 5 minutes I decided to pull up. The lady opened the window with my drink in her hand. I told her it’s supposed to have whipped cream. She looked at me rolled her eyes and yelled to the back she wanted whipped cream. She brings my drink back gives me a dirty look and rolls her eyes again. I politely say thank you and she walks off so I said it again. I tried to call to inform management but no one answered and then they picked up the next time and hung up.
Very slow staff. Had to change my drink two times still got it wrong cold and missing milk.
I can honestly say this was the best investment who ever out there Starbucks up it’s so convenient and right around the way the people at the windows are always respectful to me an my fur baby, and that’s something I can really appreciate In customer service.
The worst Starbucks in America award goes to the Starbucks on county line road . They never have what you want. They are always out of ingredients. And poor customer service. And apparently the manager ain’t hitting on nothing
