Although the service is fast someone needs to teach some of these employees how to respect others. This morning I was going to get my morning coffee as normal and when I pulled into the parking lot there was an employee obviously about to walk across. So obviously I stopped and tried to let her cross which was my plan the whole time. Instead of crossing she rudely gestured for me to go and made a little scene (through her hands up in the air and seemed to be making snarky remarks). Never once was I going fast and always planned to give her the right away. Think about your actions because something as small as this interaction can truly ruin someone's day when they're trying to do the right thing. We all have things we need to do and jobs we need to be at. A positive attitude and acknowledging when someone is being nice will get you much farther than a nasty attitude.
If I could of have given a zero, I would have. I have visited here on several occasions with the same outcome. I’ve ordered different coffees as well. It was still the same result. The orders the staff made were tragic. The staff needs more training or clearer instructions. Either way management needs to step in. I understand there’s a shortage in staff, but it’s obvious they don’t know how to make the orders. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
I had to wait 30 minutes when I was the only customer Inside, minus one person behind me. It took someone at least five minutes to acknowledge me as I stood at the front counter, ready to order. Instead of making my drink, the staff stood around talking, joking with one another. I wasn't in a hurry, but that thirty minutes is way too long for a small drink with no modifications.
Lazy, unprofessional crew with nasty attitudes. I waited fifteen minutes (even though the place was basically empty) for a drink that was done horribly. The crew was laughing and talking to each other the whole time. When I let one of the crew members know that my drink was wrong, she very rudely refused to fix it. No one had on masks or gloves. Each crew member also had long hair with no hair net. I love Starbucks but I will never visit this location again.
I normally don't write reviews but this was much needed.First, you couldn't go inside the store to order due to the inside being closed. So of course the drive thru line would be long which wasn't my issue because I gladly waited. I ordered a hot vanilla blonde...got to the window and they made the incorrect drink 3 times. Not 1 time 3 times!!! They gave me a iced drink, then a latte...I have no idea what the last drink was. After finally getting the drink right....it taste awful. No flavor whatsoever and I go to Starbucks often. I was very disappointed. The staff looked like a young crew and it was very unprofessional.
I wish there was a zero star option. Every time I’ve been here I’ve had a bad experience. The first time I went I waited over an hour for a coffee. I’ve always been greeted with terrible attitudes and have been treated rudely by the girl(s) at the window. Absolutely horrible experiences every time.
Nobody should have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through for coffee. I ordered through the app but instead of going in I thought I'd go through the drive thru because there were only 2 cars. Regrets. I don't know what took so long but I eventually put my car in park and timed it right under 20 minutes. Because of the barrier I was unable to pull out of the drive thru so I was stuck. Once I got my coffee the whipped cream was completely melted into the drink. On a positive note, it stayed somewhat cold because 75% of my drink was ice. That was sarcasm.
I waited 20 minutes for a wrap while people who were behind me were getting theirs before me. My coffee was cold like hadn’t been steamed and customer service was awful.
Awful. Every other location in the metro area is on top of it. This location has incompetent workers. Waited 30 minutes for my PAID drinks but had to leave without them to make it to work. They’re rude to customers and play around without actually working. The only decent worker is Reggie. None of those girls could successfully make a drink in decent time to save their lives. Get new workers. Trash.
