Got takeout after a long week of work. Always check your order before leaving. No matter how great a place is mistakes happen. For me the cook misunderstood my order. But in just a few mins my pizza was remade correctly. I also recommend the spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs are great, and the sauce is good. Comes with breadsticks.
Came in town for a baseball game...we knew the place closed at 10, arrived at 9:30. We were rushed from the very second we sat down. Made it very apparent that we needed to hurry up up and get out, despite spending almost $300 in the 45 minutes we were there. Literally told they closed at 10:00 from the moment we sat down. Be better for your patrons. Food was fine, the inhospitable attitude was not. I will never go back.
I had a great experience here. The food and service was amazing! Harlee is definitely my favorite server there. She really makes sure you’re taken care of!
This was my first time back at Soulshine Pizza in quite some time as I had not been there for many years. On my return I was not impressed, as we were seated and it took 20 mins or more for a waiter to acknowledge our presents and that was after flagging him down. Our waiter who appeared to be a manager would dissappear for long periods of time and I would have to flag down another waitress to take care of us. BTW the young waitresses were fantastic and had nothing to do with our bad experience. Along side poor service from our waiter, I also thought the pizza was underwhelming as the sauce on the pepperoni pizza was to much and also just tasted like spaghetti sauce. We also ordered their Buffalo Chicken Pizza which was better because it was not flooded in sauce. I'd be willing to give it another shot and it might have just been an off night, but as of now it would probably be the last pizza joint I'd visit.
We come here for lunch about 3 times a week. The lunch special is so good and a great deal money wise. We normally sit with Harley and she’s always so sweet and attentive.
The food was amazing! The service was amazing! I had a wonderful time! The wait was short and there was a huge group, but they still managed to have speedy and superb service.
It was the best pizza I have had in a long time. I was very impressed with everything. Harlee (the waitress) was great. Thanks for a great time
The host embarrassed me and my date, she was loud and telling us what we can and can’t do I was so confused as to why would she do that instead of coming closer to us and letting us know, my visit was unpleasant, not to mention ruined the date. My date wanted to leave but since we had no back up plan for that happening we stayed and the whole time it was a little uncomfortable. The server was ok and constantly checked in but since we wasn’t really feeling the place became a little annoyed the soup that was ordered would have been great had I not lost my appetite.
Very good customer service, waitstaff was super kind and their skills of hospitality shows. The pizza was amazing, perfectly cooked, and the wings were awesome! Perfectly cooked.
I have had Soulshine delivered before, but this was my first in person visit (take-out). I like the vibe of the restaurant and was immediately greeted by a hostess who directed me to the take-out area. When I got back there I was greeted by two friendly workers. We actually had some conversation, not strictly business. My food was ready early so no wait time needed. The pizza was excellent. I cannot wait to come dine-in and try some of the other dishes on the menu.
