We ordered through the app. We checked in as always and waited... and waited. After about 20 minutes we noticed every stall was showing "red button activated" and people were only using the drive through. We managed to get the attention of a worker and he told us how short staffed they were but that our order was almost ready. The food was correct and tasted good. The worker smiled and thanked us for choosing Sonic. Be patient, they are doing the best they can.
I went by this location 2-3 days ago simply for a shake. I hit the button to order. Was told to hold on. And then left sitting there nearly 40 minutes while a bunch of kids were inside playing around, I watched about 4 other cars give up and leave before I followed suit and headed for the Krystal’s next door. I’ll cross the spillway from now on and go to the other one.

I have been to this Sonic many times, and today my experience with Brad working the window was better than all my other visits combined. In a world where fast food employees are rude by nature, Brad was a upbeat and positive beam of light. He actually improved my mood from the time I pulled in to the time I left, and he deserves the credit and probably a raise along with it.
Ordered my food.... Waited 10+ minutes and the screen said my order was being delivered. Waited and it never came. Pressed the button to inquire about it and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then the manager came to my car and asked AGAIN what I had ordered, but she was looking around the inside of my car nas and when she saw I didn't have any Sonic in my car she said she'd get it prepared. After a few minutes she brought my food out and asked if I had paid and I told her no, I had the cash to the exact change in my had, apparently she thought had an attitude (which I didn't) and told me "calm down with the attitude". So I guess I'm saying their customer service is poor and the manager shouldn't assume someone she doesn't know has an attitude, when that's just my everyday voice. It's a lot to go through for a half warmed corn dog and partially fried cheese tots. The tea was on point though.
Horrible Customer Service on March 12, 2022. They were out of everything, the young lady at window didn’t want to take my order she was very rude and unprofessional.
Great customer service and great food. I would differently recommend visiting the Highway 51 location in Ridgeland.
Employees were very friendly. The burgers we got were really good only we had to throw away the bottom of the buns because they were very hard and stale!!!!
Always count on sonic...reliable all the time...the #2 with lg tots and a lg Dr.Pepper...hell to the yeah!
