Welcome to Ridgeland. But I am sorry, but you have to make it much better to stay in the market. The few times I’ve been since the opening, I have had worst sushi rolls of my life. I usually enjoy good food and good Japanese rolls but this ain’t it. Atmosphere is nice and menus are cool. But it’s more fitting to be a Rock n Roll music café than a sushi roll restaurant. Please consider converting. Thanks.

The staff at RNR are always so friendly and of course, the food is ALWAYS GREAT!

Amazing sushi. Great staff.

We LOVE RnR sushi! It’s a hit for the whole family as the adults enjoy the delicious sushi options and the kids have great menu options, too!

Food was really good and quick. Staff and manager were friendly and quick to greet me. Bathrooms were clean, mopped, and smelled good.I tried multiple different rolls, and the specialty roll I tried was super filling. Normal rolls I had tasted great too, and dish presentation was nice.Lastly, the music was great. Place is full of fun little rock n roll stuff, mics that are lamps, drums, etc. Overall a very friendly and casual atmosphere.

I’d like to start that the issues with our experiences were slightly corrected because one of our items was removed from our ticket. Now, let’s get into the nitty gritty. We fell in love with this chain when we visited one in Pensacola. When we found out there was one in Ridgeland we were ecstatic. What an awesome date night. It was not an awesome date night. We arrived and the seating was limited due to dirty tables. We didn’t speak with a staff member for like 10 minutes and there were only two other tables with people at this time. The drinks were off. We didn’t receive any utensils. We ordered our food and the appetizer came within a reasonable time frame as did my sushi roll not long after. HOWEVER, and this is where things get dicey, we continued to wait for over 30 minutes for my husbands sushi roll. When the table who came in 20 or so minutes after us was getting their food I knew I needed to say something. We eventually got the sushi roll and the man behind the sushi bar was apologetic and removed that roll from our check. The sushi was good, albeit pretty overpriced for the portions. Especially when you take into consideration the atmosphere is a bit crowded. Overall, the restaurant needs some tweaking and the staff needs some training. I got the feeling most of the wait staff were inexperienced in the service industry. It has potential to be a fun place to get sushi but we won’t be going back until I see some recent positive reviews.

Went in today and the the older guy behind the counter where they make the sushi I believe literally wiped his nose every minute with the top of his hand with his glove on and never changed his gloves all while touching food and everything else over there. That is so disgusting like who in there right mind would think that is ok especially with a pandemic going on. So if does that I can only imagine whatever else he does while making food.

So last night I posted a pretty scathing review, but I have since deleted it and am posting this now because Jeremy and Robert absolutely made it right and won me back as a happy, loyal customer! They are great, professional, local guys who are dedicated to making good food and fixing any problems you may have. I stopped and chatted with them a bit and they and their staff are friendly, genuine people who are trying to build a great business in some pretty tough times. If you have any problems, reach out to them and they’ll definitely win you back like they did for me. I will be recommending them to everyone from now on! (Sorry for no pictures, I ate it all too fast, it was dang good)

I do not normally write bad reviews. But I just spent over $30 on my lunch at this place. I ordered Crispy Wontons & a Legends Roll. It took them 25 minutes to get my order ready (I was the ONLY person in there). The wontons have little to no cream cheese filling. They were undercooked and over battered. I even had raw flour (I'm assuming it was flour) in some bites. The legends roll that I was really looking forward to that cost $15 + tax was underwhelming. It is supposed to be fried soft shell crab, but I have had plenty of soft shell crab and what was in that roll was not it. There was so much rice I couldn't even taste anything else. There was supposed to be jalapeno... but there was no spice or flavor. It was rolled loosely so it just all fell apart when I tried to pick it up with chop sticks. It was definitely not worth the money I spent on it. 2 stars for atmosphere and menu selection. But I would not come back. I splurged on my lunch today which is something I do not normally do. And it was a giant disappointment.

great place to eat with the family... excellent service ?
