The last time I went to this location, I had ordered ahead on their app and was waiting for them to bring my food out to my truck. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went inside and stood in line to ask about my food. By the time I got up to the counter, and had waited an hour for my food, I was told by the staff that I needed to be more patient and wait longer for my food. All the while, while I had been waiting for my order, I had witnessed people get up to the counter and order their food and then receive their food before I even made it to the counter. I proceeded to go back to my truck and wait for my food, as the staff had instructed me to, and I waited another 40 minutes. After that, I went back inside the restaurant and waited in line to get back up to the counter. When I finally made it to the counter, I told them that I had waited an hour and a half for my food and had not received it. The girl with the counter acted as if she thought I was lying. When I was finally able to compel her to talk to a manager, the manager simply asked for my order, and yelled at the cooks in the kitchen as if it was their fault. She then threw my order at me and did not offer any form of apology. This is the worst location I have ever been to.
Good chicken fingers but those fries were absolutely perfect and the reason I'm going 5 stars. Shockingly good fries.
Was hot & fresh.....Always order the four finger combo with no slaw & extra toast.Lemonade is good when fresh.Customer service is good.. ..
The worst Raising Cane's we've been to. The other locations we have visited, have the utmost friendly staff, juicy chicken and clean stores. The store and bathroom needed cleaning and there was nothing juicy and good about the chicken. Very disappointed since this has become my favorite chicken place
Food was hot & fresh, and the employees were very friendly. I waited maybe three minutes on my food after ordering
Someone I know went here for lunch, and the employees made very rude and racist comments about them. I'm glad I found out they foster such an environment. Zaxby's is better anyway.
Reminds me of home. Great service, very clean. Staff super friendly. Food tasted just like the original canes in baton rouge (:
Although the drive-thru line is usually wrapped around the building, the service is still prompt and the workers are friendly. The food has always been great to me, haven't had any bad experiences.
Lines were super long, but they kept moving. Food and tea is good as always.
Ordered a Caniac no fries extra slaw…Get to the window, we are out of slaw but we gave you an extra canes sauce…So almost $14 for 6 tenders & a drink…
